Despite the fact that we had AAA, neither of us were able to find a repair shop open at 6:40pm on a Friday night, leaving us with the undesirable option to either tow her to a WalMart in Joplin to await a possible tire replacement, have someone from Springfield come pick her up and delay her trip by a day or more, or drive from Tulsa to get her after I arrived there from Texas. We opted to have AAA tow her all the way to Tulsa that night to join the family and handle the repair there. That's not an option that any father likely feels comfortable with--having a daughter travel without control of her own transportation for 2-3 hours at night with a man neither of you know--regardless of how self-sufficient or capable his daughter may be. Imagine my relief to get periodic texts from her during her drive with the tow truck telling me how comfortable and safe she felt with the driver. As it turns out, he and my daughter had a common connection in Springfield with another member of his family, which put her at ease. When I met up with her at Discount Tire in Tulsa late than night I met Mike Biellier, a father (and maybe grandfather) himself, who had my gratitude and utmost respect for safely delivering my daughter and her car to us. It was well worth the additional mileage fees I had to pay above the AAA covered miles to get her home safely. I would highly recommend this man and his towing services to anyone in the area. I believe he is a man you can trust.

They were super friendly over the phone and in person. Very prompt and dependable. We won't be calling anyone else if we ever need assistance again and we will always highly recommend this company.
