I paid him $20 of his $80 service and he returned my shoes with holes in the seam and only glued the new sole over the woven part leaving gaps in the seam. Water, dirt, and other elements can get between the layers. I pointed this out and he said "oh if there's a problem just bring them back". Why the hell would I do that?
