I realized they weren't replaced at all! I go back and tell them I want a refund as this was not replaced. She tells me "ohh I'll fix it", no I waited weeks and you did nothing I tell her I just want a refund. She calls her boss/owner, he tried to say they'll fix it. I refuse and just want my money and to leave. She asks what she charged me, I said $30, she doesn't believe me and sounded surprised it was so high.
