This is not just a fluke, it is corporate policy, so beware if you are renting long-term from Storquest... you have no idea and no control over what your rate will be in month 5 and beyond.

Had a great experience getting set up with Denver RV Self Storage. The manager was super helpful in…read morenot only helping me select a spot, but she also saved me a bunch of money by recognizing when I'd need to give notice to my previous storage facility, suggesting I call immediately based on timing! I was able to then cancel just in time before month end, and seamlessly move into the new spot without being charged for an additional month. Now that's what I call great service! I like this location a LOT better, and my spot is easy to back in as well, making this a no brainer decision. Feels good to have faith in management, I'll likely stay for many years to come!

I was told by both Tank and Robert that my rate would likely go up in 90-180 days and that my increase could be as much as 20-25% higher. We had our two ATV's and a Custom Silverfox trailer stolen from the west lot off SantaFe rd. They claim a lightening storm disabled their security gate and camera system. They then decided to post a generic gate code directly above the keypad for any and all to have access to all their clients belongings 24 hours a day seven days a week! This allowed the thieve(s) ample time to access our belongings and cut through four 1/4" hardened steel square chains and a trailer tongue lock and then hook em up to a vehicle and drive them right out the front gate. After mediation and trial by court, John Van Anne and Robert Pellegrini lied through their teeth and manipulated the truth with their contract as the crutch! Bottom line is I'm out $28,000 and these guys have zero fault in their negligent actions that caused our loss! There's so much more I'd love to warn you about regarding their behavior and they way they do business, but it's too much to put in a yelp post. They billed an entire year's worth of insurance despite providing proof at move in and ignoring multiple emails asking about it. Your rent will be increase 30+% a few months after move in. And if you decide to upgrade units, not only will they increase your rent almost immediately but your auto payments will be deactivated. You won't receive a courtesy call about it but rather they'll hit you with a 30% late fee and lock you out of your unit. You'll likely be locked out for days still after you resolve the payment online because they're closed on the day of the week when most people are actually at the facility. All storage places these days play games with revenue and raising your rent, however you are probably better off elsewhere given the terrible customer service at this location.
