There are a lot of cars that look abandoned and several commercial trucks that go in/out daily causing the roads to get worse. On more than one occasion when we have been at our camper, there were people who have storage units just randomly walking around through the campers. We stored here for a few years and the new owners raise the rent multiple times per year. The rent is extraordinarily high now and keeps going up even though no maintenance is being done to the facility. When I inquired about whether the roads would be repaired I was informed I could move out if I didn't like it. So we definitely did. The best part is we received a survey about our experience and because I checked the option "would not recommend" there is an error submitting my survey. If you select "would recommend", the survey goes through just fine.

I had to push my car south on telegraph and that was the first drive I came too, it was 88 degrees and I couldn't push anymore, so to get it off the main road I pushed it just inside their driveway. (I drive a tiny Toyota) The woman, whom I believe lived/owned this storage place, walked over to me and VERY RUDELY wanted to know just how long I'd be there, not oh I'm sorry is there anything I can do to help, just when will you move I have people with RV's that need to get out. It was just very sad to me that she had no empathy or care other than how much of a burden my car was. I was rudely asked if AAA was on the way. At that point they weren't but I did call and they said it could be up to an hour and a half. Luckily they came quick and ingot out of her precious driveway. I hope she doesn't run her business the same way because she was very rude and uncaring of another human being who clearly was having a rough moment. What goes around comes around.
