I've been at the 1220 E Hwy 199 location for a few years now. The premises is very clean, no less, always look around your car's tires for loose nails n bolts as it seems the property grounds are not given a good sweeping, all the time. Staff is very cordial and professional, though rarely onsite at this location. They operate out of their Hwy 51 location 3 miles away (North on 51) The 3 units I've been in rate from 3-5 Stars. Older outdoor driveup units run the gamut from: clean, minimal bugs and nice smooth bay doors to lots of bugs/spiders and rickety bay doors. I'm now in the 1220 E Hwy 199 location's brand new climate controlled building and the unit is tall, roomy, and quiet! Ahhh, so nice! It is a nice change to be indoors; out of the elements/weather. Transitioning from one unit to another was a breeze, including pro-rating and such if moving during the odd time of the month. Everything is explained either by phone, text, and/or email. The sole issue I have, is, at times transformers blow during storms leaving the inside literally in the dark. Due to that, tenants need to leave the exterior door OPEN to let light into the dark hallway. Other then that, this is one VERY nice facility with a staff as hospitable as they come!

Recently I just had my shop completed by Metalbuildings4u, Keith the owner came out to my home and…read moregave me an estimate and with his track record, I decided to move forward with Keith. I cant say enough good about this company, Keith came out and did the prep work, the next day the crew came out and got everything ready for concrete. The next day they poured the cement, it was 6" thick and the finish work was superb. 4 days Later they built the shop, everything was pre drilled on the spot and it was all perfect. The electrical company came in and did an outstanding job putting in the lights and power. I wish you all could see my shop, its so awesome!!!.
