So far the best facility for the price & location. Very secure, brand new, very clean. The entire place is clean. And every point of access via gate, elevator, and even bathroom require a code. So the result is clean and secure. The covered parking and loading/unloading area is very nice. The 2 elevators are very convenient. The security cameras are abundant inside and out, the whole place is climate controlled so you aren't sharing your furniture filled unit with people bringing in bugs from their lawn equipment. 15$ move in? Free lock? Free truck? 24 hour access for business owners who need it!!WHO ELSE CAN BEAT THAT IN DOWNTOWN DALLAS?!? Not to mention they're right off the highway whether it's 35, 45, 75, 30, 428, it's all just a block or 2 away from access to all of them. The only downside is that they play pop music over the speakers 247 inside the facility , so if you are going through and organizing your unit one day, then u have listen to the same 8 pop songs on repeat over the speakers. Some may find this enjoyable, but for me I want to pull my hair out lol... It's nothing that some earbuds with my own music wont drown out though. Without a doubt, this was the easiest and most efficient experience I've had with renting a storage unit. I completed the entire process over the phone, with Linda, and online (their online application system is excellent) and was able to work with Linda on the size of the unit throughout the day, as my move was in progress. I decided to use this as an place to organize things before they go into my home in Dallas. Some people may say that storage is an unnecessary expense, however, I inherited many letters and memorabilia from my parents when they died and I'd like to spend some time reviewing them before moving them to my house. Walked in at lunch hour and walked out with my storage unit. A very easy and clean system to set up extra storage for your items. We are moving to a new apartment, more square footage but less closet space. Linda took me to the two sizes I was interested in and helped to make the choices easy. When it came to completing the paperwork, we had it done and I walked out ready to move things in. Most importantly, both Linda and Sherilyn provided excellent customer service and let me know they were there to help with any questions or a unit upgrade in the future. I initially was going to go with Public Storage (down the road) because Storage Choice had not popped up on Google Search. I was then referred by my apartment's leasing agent. I made the right choice! The facility is clean, state of the art, and convenient when entering either side of the building. What really stands out is the customer service. I had an issue with the movers and some of my property. Linda (one of the staff members) was very friendly and went out of her way to help me try to narrow down the search. Renting a space from here was the easiest process. I came in told them what I was looking for and they showed me exactly that. No guessing on how much my bill will be and they didn't try and up-sell me on any other space. The people in the office were so nice and very helpful. Even when I had trouble getting my door open after the office closed they helped me out over the phone. Living in this area of Dallas I will always need a storage space. It's just necessary and what you get for your money is better than any space in an apartment building. The facility is convenient, clean and has lots of parking. This is my first time renting a storage unit and felt uneasy about it. Yet when I went to the location to finalize/sign the paper work (I reserved a unit online) and pick up the keys I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and customer service upon arrival. The process was easy, quick! Yet detailed. Not to mention the level of security in the building- cameras and codes required EVERYWHERE! are a BIG plus. I have gone several times now since then (at different times) and the place is always clean and it smells good too. Securing a storage unit at Storage Choice in Farmers Market was extremely easy and very quick. I called and spoke to Linda on the phone and got all of my answers and information. When I showed up to secure the unit, everything was ready to go and all of the information such as entry, unit location, lock, etc., etc. was very clear. I selected Storage Choice for the location but I have discovered more reasons to love Storage Choice. It is a new facility so it is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are two elevators, so even though I am on the second floor, my storage unit is convenient. The carts they provide hold a lot of stuff so it saved me some trips. Storage Choice also feels safe with two tall gates you need codes for and you also need the code for the elevator when the office is closed. They provide you with a lock for your unit and I feel confident my items are secure and safe. read more

Customer Service at storage facilities is hard to find but not at this Storage Choice. The manager did a great job taking care of my challenges to my satisfaction.
