They contacted us to confirm this week and showed up on time today ready to get the job done. Super friendly, super careful with all our stuff, INCREDIBLY affordable and worth every cent we paid (I think they only charge $20/hour per guy, so make sure you tip them well!!) I have moved 15 times, 13 of them myself :| and the 14th was with a company that provided a truck and several guys. This time was by far the easiest and cheapest. It's no big deal to rent your own Uhaul (It cost us $55 in town) and you save so much by just hiring people to do the work. I'd recommend Mark (he's seen a million faces - and moved em all) and his crew to anyone. We'll be moving our crammed full office space into our new house in a few months and we'll definitely be calling Mark as soon as we know the date and for any future moves we have in the area. TL;DR: I really couldn't recommend this more, a totally stress free and affordable experience. 11/13 Update: Just used Mark again for our office move. Pretty much exact same review as above - easy scheduling, on time, went off without a hitch. Highly recommended! 6/14 Another great experience with Mark. We moved from IL/WI border to northwest Indiana and since we had to move both our office AND our house, we decided to rent a giant truck and get guys on the other end in Indiana to set up our office and house a few days later. What an ordeal. But as expected, Mark came through on our end in IL and packed an unbelievable amount of stuff into our truck in an amazingly small amount of time. Seriously, I'd hate to play this guy in Tetris. When your truck is packed, there is not even room for one of those long pieces. Packing a moving truck is seriously an art. Get Mark to do it!

All 3 men were courteous, and did not swear like a bunch of sailors on leave. They were available on short notice, and their expertise in handling all the items really dissolved my anxiety about the whole move in general. When I misplaced the mattress covers, they assured me that the new mattress would be packed on the truck with mattress pads, and showed me how it would be done. We had a stopover at my storage unit, where there were a couple of furniture items to pick up and put on truck. They got it done in 10 minutes! Wow! I am very impressed with this moving company!…read more They were able to schedule my in-town move with only a week and a half's notice, which I really appreciate. The gentlemen on the phone (yes, I called multiple times to update my list of furniture and discuss the move) were always kind, helpful, and patient. My old house was on a private lane with a challenging driveway entry situation. They were able to do an initial drive-by to figure out how to best address the potential problem. Fortunately, they constructed a solution that would work best and be the most cost-effective for me. The movers were very prompt, arriving on time, a little after 7 in the morning. They did an initial walk-through with me so that they knew exactly what I was taking and what was supposed to be left in the garage for Habitat for Humanity. I was then allowed to head to my new house to start unpacking boxes while they moved the furniture onto their truck. When they were close to finishing, they called me to return to my old house so that we could do a final walk-through to make sure they didn't leave anything behind. Then we all headed to my new house, where I directed them on where to put everything. The team of 4 worked seamlessly and had nothing but respect for one another, for me, my furniture, and my home. Once everything was moved into my house, they did one final walk-through to move anything I wanted moved. Additionally, I had 2 very challenging items to move: an exercise machine and a massage chair. They figured out how to disassemble and reassemble both of them, which was quite a feat. On top of everything else, they did not once scrape up a wall or my furniture; they were all super careful. I'm sorry I didn't get everybody's name to compliment; this was such a busy time for me.
