It is an additional ~$100 per year after another ~$100 per year. You may see a promo price on the internet but they will get you in an start raising the storage cost thinking you have no choice but to pay it. I will be searching and complaining to the management regarding this but they have turned a deaf ear to most every request I have ever made. Read the other reviews on this location. Upon arrival, all the office doors were locked and there was a sign stating the employee was on the property grounds with a number to call for services needed. I called the number a total of 18x in the almost hour that passed with no service/no answer. Office hours on Saturday end at 2pm which made the time window that much more significant. When I drove around the property I was able to see there was a back office setup that had multiple vehicles and a golf cart parked in front, I figured the employee had to be inside there. After honking repeatedly on multiple different occasions, the employee finally emerged looking as if she had been sleeping. She claimed to have been sick and in the restroom the entire time, also claiming to not have received a single call or voicemail. I barely made it to my scheduled furniture pickup in south Austin, arriving with just 10 minutes left to load an entire bedroom of furniture. This display of complete unprofessionalism and accountability is inexcusable. I also sent this feedback to the customer response link provided via email. I will include a screenshot of the area field manager, Tony Munoz's, response seemingly justifying my experience as a team member's in-office sick day. There is a clear lack of accountability and care for quality control. I will never rent from this location again.

Recently, I needed a UHaul truck, and even though she didn't have the size I needed, she found a nearby facility that did. Additionally, prior to renting at Easy Stop, I visited other storage places in the area, and Easy Stop has the easiest entry, wider access to buildings, higher ceilings, and wider hallways in climate control units. Her reason was U-Haul should have never rented me the truck at 4:45pm because she's suppose to leave at 4:30pm and the truck I rented was for someone else who needs it in the morning for three days. I don't care what you do on lunch break. That's not my business but when you have me waiting over 30 mins and give me an attitude like this was a problem to YOU. That's an issue. I would give zero star if I could but I will give her credit after I gave her an attitude for her action. She still helped my fiance and we still left with a rental.
