As an example, I learned the 10x15 unit I rented, that had increased from $99 per month to $150 per month very quickly was currently going for about $80. However, they "couldn't" reduce my price unless I moved into a different unit. This month i was scheduled to move on 9/30, but due to weather the movers rescheduled for 10/1. I've been charged for the entire month of October, even though the unit was cleared out by 4 pm. Look further, and choose a storage company that actually cares about the customers.

What a dump! Located on some prime real estate sandwiched between the Coca-Cola plant and a…read morecemetary. We pulled in and were immediately entertained by the wide open gate that would allow anyone to drive up and have access to your storage. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go inside and check it out anyway.. Opened the office door and we were greeted by a wall of smoke. The kind of odor that could only be created by a several pack-a-day habit. The desk attendant (who lives on premise) started out the convo by telling us about how safe and secure the facility was (apparently unaware that the gate was wide open) and accidentally mentioned that there had been a few issues at night, but when I asked about it, she refused to go into detail. She also revealed that she had only been in charge of this place for 5 days. We took a card and ran out the door for some fresh air. As we got in the car, the gate was still open, haha. Cheapest truck rental in the area though. But you get what you pay for...
