I had a small 5 x 10 storage unit on the 3rd floor. Over a little over 2 years, the price almost…read moredoubled. During this time, the time the office was actually staff drop greatly. At least one of the elevators were down at times, and I usually only went and 6 times a year to take stuff in and out. The climate control met it didn't go below freezing or above 100. By the end of my time, the flatbeds were locked up most of the time and you had to leave you license to even use. But since the office was closed most of the time I was there, who could you do that with. Glad I could move to a place I didn't need this anymore.

She made sure I felt supported and understood how the process worked and what size I needed to hold all of their stuff. Then when I needed the lock replaced she didn't hesitate to help. She went out of her to make sure I got a key even if it wasn't her scheduled time to work. She did whatever she could to make it easier on me. I appreciate her more than she'll ever know.

Being new to this, she walked me through the process. We later decided to use the uHaul containter instead. Lashata made it comfortable for us to load inside the warehouse as it was 18 degrees outside.
