I had a 10x15 and a 10x25 that cost $340 (total) for the first two months that was up to $680 by month 9. Really want to like the facility and location, but such manipulation of cost knowing that you have limited options to move contents ...only reason I'm even leaving a review. If you need to rent for a couple months, all good. If you are renting for a longer term head somewhere else, because you can't predict 'market' adjustments ...which never seem to go down just up.

I had looked all over town for a good climate controlled building and one that was close to us. When I walked in, I was greeted by David. Such a nice friendly guy! He told me all about the place. How clean it is and they check regularly and there are motion detectors in each unit. That way if someone goes in your unit without your permission it notifies you on your phone. That information and the location, which is closer to where we live is what made me pick this self storage place. We weren't quite ready to get a unit, but knowing the information David gave us it was the right choice. He gave our information to Christa and she called me on the phone and introduced herself. She was so pleasant and sweet. She told me she would keep our name and if a unit popped up that we were looking for she would notify us. So the next month we were in town, Christa had given us another call, so I stopped by yesterday and got to meet Christa. Such a sweet wonderful person. So pleasant and just a downright nice person. David showed me a couple of units and we decided on one and Christa helped me get all set up. This place is so clean and spotless! The inside and so clean too! I would totally recommend this place to anyone that needs a unit. Yes it might be a little more than most storage units, but when you see how clean it is and it has climate controlled units, and motion detectors you might change your mind and get one. Apologized and stated I could go tomorrow. I scheduled it when I did both times because it was available and met my time frames. I had the unit less than 2 weeks and it got broken into the NIGHT I moved everything in to it and then the next morning when I discovered the crime - I noticed that 4 other units were also broken into. I informed the lady who came at 9am and she just used her foot to push the belonging back into the other units and then closed the door. She then explained to me this happens often (wish I had known that) and that its easy to break in and she thought it was an inside job. 2 days later, after reinforcing the unit, it was broken into again. A day later - I get an email that says my unit was left unlocked and I need to come fix it - I asked and the lady goes, oh that was an accident. It made me wonder if the other property people were informed their unit was EVERY broken into. Flash forward - I've spoken to 3 different people (Shanna, Jeffrey, Misty) to get reimbursed for Sept ($133) and it was approved by District Manager Trey but now its the END of OCTObER and the money has not returned to me and my understanding is they fired the women who TRIED to help me and all their locations dont answer their phone now. Trye won't answer - I've left him multiple messages for accountability. This place is a scam and there are multiple break in. The same owner of this location owns the Westgate location too. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR BELONGING.

Also, I made a purchased some boxes a while back and then ended up not using them. When I returned them, instead of refunding me they charged me a second time for the boxes. I don't know what could be so hard about spending 15 minutes to get the trash off of your roof. Have a little respect for your neighbors and the neighborhood, why don't you?
