She wanted me to re register twice when the sign and website told me to bring my ID and registration form to the office, not online or I would've been all ready to go if that was the case and had my gate code, and she never told me the exact app I had to use. but that was never the option online it told me to meet them in the office in person. I have 2 jobs and tried communicating with her that I could use her help in person because my brand new phone was overheating just cause it's hot outside, this is my first time renting one out and I'll never call them again. Website, sign and the lady tells you to do something differently and it's not an efficient way to run any business. (I did not need her help moving, I just wanted her to validate my ID) just for clarification. Then, when I called, I was advised the closing time was 6, which is the time for some of the storage areas, but not all. This was very confusing to navigate accross country. Now that same unit is $182. That is outrageous. They also went up from $50 to $70 for liens which doesn't really make sense either. If we can't pay our monthly payment, or other payments, how are we going to pay the $70 for the lien notice fee? Raising fees for people who already obviously don't have money doesn't work. They can't give you what they don't have. This is just greed from the owners who are probably already millionaires. The only time storage units at this price are worth it is if you're storing things that are very expensive - 10 $15k TV's, a bunch of expensive computers, or things that you cannot replace, etc. Don't waste your money storing a couch and a kitchen table. Sell them and buy new ones when you're where you end up. If you plan on having to store things for more than a year then just sell whatever you can instead. You'll save yourself a ton of money and thank me later. The only things that should be stored for longer than a year are things that cannot be replaced. Another drawback is not being able to access our units 24/7. In the heat of the summer it would be so much easier to be able to go in at night and do things but we can't here. An old storage place I used had 24/7 access so I'm not sure why this one doesn't. We have to enter a code to get in so you know who it is plus there's cameras everywhere. We can't do anything until the fall or winter because it's too hot. Basically, only store things that you can't afford to lose. Everything else, sell it, then buy something else when you get to where you're going.

Specifically Miss Khari & Miss Tracy being absolutely marvelous, wonderful phone etiquette with genuine care while tending to my specific case. I made the online reservation a few weeks in advance as I was coming to Bossier City from Northern California. My fiancé already living in town, ended up having to take over my reservation due to my arrival after the 28+ hour drive being after business hours. I had beaten the ladies to the chase with touching bases on the day before my arrival, we had a great lil chuckle about that; same brain wave length we was on haha. Khari was especially AMAZING in helping & understanding the whole issue of my arrival time so she got my fiancé all set up so that we were able to access it with ease. The funniest part is that we still ended up getting there past the after hours access time frame, so we unloaded the next day & as I had a ginormous plethora of my collections of life, just strewn across the driveway- the ladies rolled by and introduced themselves. Loved them immediately even more! Amazing personalities, sweet temperaments & great expertise advice ! They took one look at me attempting to begin Tetris-ing my stuff into a 5x10. Miss Tracy honestly expressed that with her 8+ years of experience she could tell that my belongings would not fit! I didn't even skip a beat in saying, "NEXT SIZE RING ME UP!" They assured me it was simply due to my belongings, they weren't trying to up sale for the sake of up selling & I assured them that I truly trusted their professional expertise! K smoothly got my fiancé all legally situated with the switch over & I was able to get my treasured belongings beautifully arranged in a manner that allows me to easily access anything that I could suddenly need! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!! Let's start from the beginning…read more I chose the location based upon price and the amount of security cameras I observed. When I signed the lease, I was pressured by the Manager to make a Google review. She said that she was under pressure from Owners to ask all tenants to write a favorable Google review. This struck me as odd and made me wonder WHY they do this other than to cover some shady business practices by pressuring customers for favorable reviews. I was correct in this assumption. Then, the Manager pressured me to purchase a padlock from THEM. Stating that their insurance policy required that in order for me to be covered that only their locks be used in my unit. Later, after I had moved my business' tools and inventory into the unit, I used the unit for about three months onn average of once or twice a week. One day I went to it and the key to the shitty lock they sold me, snapped of In The puck lock. I had to hire a locksmith to cut it off so that I could get to my tools and go to work. About a month later, the Master lock I put on my unit had been cut off and I found that ALL of my company'/ tools and inventory were stolen. As well as a great many of. Y personal possessions. The Manager THEN TOLD ME THAT THERE HAD BEEN A LARGE NUMBER OF BREAKINS AND THAT THE SURVEILANCE CAMERAS HAD BEEN DISABLED AND THAT THE Owner hasn't made any effort to repair them. (To be continued, it gets worse) After a great deal of hassle, I get a paltry $2,000 settlement for my losses from their insurance company. That wasn't even close to covering my losses. Later, I was moving out of my unit. I emptied it, I notified Management that I was moving out and I told her to cancel my lease and. Two days later, my credit card was charged another month by them. This is a month by month lease and I was NOT obliged to pay again. I have called them repeatedly seeking a refund. The Manager tells me that my unit had a padlock in it. I told her that it wasn't MINE and that I wanted my money back AND THAT I was NOT paying for squatters. She told me again today that the Owners said I HAD to pay as long as a lock was on the unit. My attorney is now involved. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
