It's clean and well lit. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the fancier locations. We have no complaints about access, it's a key-code to get in, and everything feels very secure. Ashanti was incredibly helpful in showing us the unit sizes and setting up our account and giving a tour of the facility. We were provided a small welcome package with a measuring tape, reusable bag and a pen. The facility itself is top of the line and new. Many units have lights inside and everything is air conditioned. Our unit has no light but it works perfectly for what we needed it for. Finally, everything is accessible via phone app so no keys involved! Thank you to the staff on site for the beautiful property upkeep and solid service. I have already recommended to friends!

The former manager Yong, seems to have left, and this place has really gone down hill. I just…read moreclosed my final unit there due to a theft situation by their staff. They claim to have no knowledge of who could have changed the lock (!) - and why expensive items were missing. Sure. It is obvious that the only people with the ability to enter were the staff. I have had empty promises to review the video footage - never fulfilled - and now they are refusing tho pay out on the insurance package, including sending me a fake contract in which they said that my husband declined the insurance. Sure. It was not his signature and even a child could have made a better forgery. After 5 years he suddenly declined it. How convenient for them, But that is now a police matter. The new manager is really rude and does not seem to have the ability to think logically, in that the only people able to enter to the unit were people from Access storage. I am filing a police report and perhps that will persuade them to hand over the video, if it exists. If the manager had not lied and been so incredibly defencive nd disprespectful, I might have let it slide, but not now. She is dreadful and should be fired for lying and covering up a theft. All this nonsense over $750. Poor business decision - don't use this facility.
