Now I can see why they have a lot of turn over and give you your first month for 26$. Because in 5-6 months they will raise your rent 25% to make up for it. Will never rent here again and will tell all others not to as well. Not good business practices. Customer service told me on the phone when I called to confront the company that they would not help me because they didn't have to according to the contract and there were plenty of people they could get more money from in the unit I had.
