Multiple errors and…read moremultiple charges taken out when I tried to downsize my unit and rent through the app. I called the toll free customer service number the next day to report the issue and they said there was no contract and no payment received.I was renting a large storage unit. 90 days after I moved my stuff in, I received notice that my rent was increasing from approx $330 to $450! Exorbitant to rent there. I visited the office in person and Diane helped me. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. I was able to downsize to a smaller unit with her help, but the same issue happened to her. I'd e-sign the new rental agreement and submit payment. My bank put a hold on the money, but the contract disappeared from the computer. My bank ended not sending my money to Public Storage. Customer Service was no help to Diane. Eventually we were able to finalize a rental agreement after the third attempt and two trips to come see Diane in person. If it weren't for Diane, I would have decided to rent a unit elsewhere due to crappy corporate customer service and exorbitant rental prices. I still would have left a scathing review because people need to know what 3 ring circus that they're dealing with. Public Storage needs to acknowledge Diane for her service recovery. Diane is excellent.

Moved a few car loads in, noticed the doors were always stuck open...all day, ALL night..elevator doors were also stuck open..My unit was all the way down the middle, turn left then all the way down to the end corner of the facility. Lights don't come on until you're halfway down the isle. I went the next day to speak to the office person, but nobody was there, doors locked.. went back later that day, still no one there. called the "customer service " to ask if this was normal that the facility was left wide open all day & night. The person acted shocked and said they were going to address it immediately. Went back the next day, saw a car in front of the office, but door still locked. Went back a couple hours later to try again. As im sitting in my car, a truck pulls up and guy gets out and asks me if I work there. I laugh and tell him i dont think ANYONE works here. I explain my situation, he says he is there to reset the elevators, and he says he has had many issues with never finding any employees at that location and not being able to get ahold of the manager. The next day (day 3) I was finally able to get someone to help me get my things out of there. As we were loading up the car, a lady was there dropping things off and I asked her if she was aware the doors were broke and wide open all night long, she told me she had been renting from them for almost 2 years and that the doors were ALWAYS broken and it took forever for them to get fixed. My stuff was there for 3 days, anyone could have gone in there at any time and cut locks off, or hid out in the stairwell. I routinely drove past this building after moving my things out and the place was WIDE open 24/7for WEEKS! Apparently safety isnt a concern to them. I found a great storage unit bigger than a 10x10, cheaper too, that actually had employees on site. I had no problems feeling 100% safe going there. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place.

NOT TRUE. The Storage Loft is clean and all of her items were exactly like we left them, all packed in storage bags.
