Words cannot describe how wonderful this business is, but I will try. My father-in-law, Michael, moved in with us from Oklahoma because he had terminal cancer, and he moved all of his belongings into multiple units in this StorageMart. As time went on he would visit his stuff, and while there he would visit the staff, then he would come home and tell us about how friendly they were to him. Unfortunately, he passed after about 9 months of moving here, and when I went to go get a few personal affects from his storage for the funeral, one of the ladies popped into the unit to ask why I was in Michael's unit. When I told her who I was and that he had passed, we both got emotional. She was very friendly to me, and had nothing but nice things to say about him. A few weeks after the funeral, my wife and I stopped in to bring the ladies who work there a succulent plant as a thank you for treating him so well, and we all had a nice interaction talking about Michael. A year and a half after he passed, we finally had room in our home for his stuff, so we went to clean out the unit and one of the ladies stopped in to say hello, and showed us that the plant, which they had named Michael, was thriving. This touched our hearts immensely, as his name would be spoken any time they referred to this plant, and I imagine a thought of him would then enter their minds. Now, I know this is a personal story, so let me also add that this Storage Mart is very, very clean, and well maintained. After over 2 years of a very large Haul full of items being crammed into a few storage units here, when I cleaned it out there was not a single indication of any bugs. Not a single spider nor roach. I never saw a single cobweb in the hallways, and the grounds were always maintained. The staff was always friendly, and the site was always secure. I cannot imagine storing my personal belongings anywhere else but here (besides my home, of course). Thank you so much to the staff!!! read more

I can't say enough good things about Storage Mart at 400 W. Olmos Dr. They are truly a top notch operation. Let me start by talking about the staff. I worked with Jessica and she is a super-efficient person to work with. She is organized, detail-oriented and obviously enthusiastic about doing a great job. She answers the questions you didn't even think to ask and really understands what's important when getting set up in a new storage unit. It's great to work with someone who knows what they are doing and is clearly committed to making sure you get what you need and have a great experience. Bravo, Jessica! The place itself is very clean, secure and well-maintained. You can tell just by walking around for a few minutes that they stay on top of things and care about keeping things clean and orderly. Everything is in good working order and there are plenty of moving carts to help you get things done. The facility has a wide variety of different-sized units, so you should be able to find just the right size to fit what you need. I've stored a lot of things in a lot of different storage places over the years, and Storage Mart is the best I've ever worked with! I recommend them without hesitation. read more

Their manager, Jessica is one of the nicest people. I had no idea that when I put my Mother's belongings into their storage facility on Olmos Drive that five years later it would still be there, but I'm finally taking it out. I had movers picking it up and driving it to Houston three days ago when the plans all fell apart. Everything that can go wrong has gone wrong including flooding in San Antonio and my mover ending up in the hospital. Jessica has been more than accommodating and understanding of the circumstances outside of my control and has worked with me to make this experience run more smoothly. We've been with Storage Mart for several years as we deal with our parents' things and making space for sentimental items. Manager Jessica and her peers at the San Antonio Storage Mart on Olmos are great! When we needed a larger space, the staff collaborated to help us make a quick transition. Well, all I can say is the reviews don't lie. Jessica is there FOR YOU. She waited for me after hours on a Saturday when I was later than expected getting to town in my Uhaul truck.
