The crew Joshua, Jonathan, Jaxson & DJ treated everything as though they were moving cartons of eggs. They were so polite kind & considerate. We worked together for two full days. Their attitude was always positive. I was SUPER nervous that something precious to me would get damaged in such a move. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The pricing although not the least expensive of the (4) movers we interviewed, was reasonable & fair. Nick, thank you for sending us such a wonderful moving team ! Not willing to do long term leases at all. Within 6 months of renting from them we got our first increase by $50/mo. This kept going up and with increasing frequency to where we were getting two notices a year of increases as "market" adjustments. We got in the mail a few days ago a new of course increased rate now up to $432!!!! As of today we have turned in our notice of vacancy and have gotten a new storage unit. Same 10x10 size with Climate control. Price.....$189. Basically back to where I was a few years ago. Be very very aware of this place. The new place I'm at now only goes up once a year!!!! Additionally they have so many cars and boats parked that it's impossible to get a spot near your unit. You have to park in the farthest away spots from the door. Very happy to be getting out of there and saving almost $250/mo.

When you ask why the rate increase they say it's the going rate but literally there is not one storage facility within at least 50 miles that doesn't even charge half of what they are charging me. And when you call all they say is they can't do anything because it comes from corporate. So only rent from them if you want to be scammed.

Once you're moved in and committed, they change the price textbook bait and switch. The employees are friendly, but the tactics are deceptive.
