My storage was broken into and it seemed like know one at the facility even cared they told me that they saw nothing on camera footage.how does 10 units get robbed and nothing pop up on camera .no police came or anything .I literally tried to tell them about footprint and fingerprints and no one would listen read more

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY! My unit has been broken into twice in the last 1.5 years. The facility has an alarm that is hooked up to nothing. It goes off there is no response! These people don't care but charge you an arm and leg. They do nothing but still expect their money. It is in a bad area and they do nothing to deter theft. I highly advise find some place else out of the north Las Vegas Area!!!! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY IF YOU VALUE YOUR STUFF!!! I am a veteran. They don't care!!! How does a unit get broken into twice! I am moving to Las Vegas from CA soon and I came to visit my new house thats still under some construction. My hubby and I decided to rent a storage unit so I have time to get everything out of the CA house so we can list it. I did my homework on line and made a reservation for my storage unit. The day I arrived I was greeted by the Manager, Whitney and she pulled up my paperwork. I prepaid to make it easier for me and get the extra rental months and discounts. :) We got the paperwork done, Whitney took us to our unit and allowed us to use the big rolling carts and boom! We were done getting the first load in the unit. This was a fast and easy process and a great experience. I recommend StorageOne at the Craig and 5th street for anyone that needs a storage facility close by. read more

Wow! Very friendly staff! Whitney, Jayne and Joe made me feel right at home and helped me with Good job, Lee! The facility is clean and easily accessible and secure! Plus, the costs are fair and affordable. One little snag was not being told that the access hours end at exactly 9:00 pm and if you leave after 9:00 pm, YOU WILL BE LOCKED IN! Not only do they offer a $25 referral fee, but they also offer extended military discounts. I just want to THANK Elaine for helping one of my guys out. He was going to boot camp and needed storage for his things. Elaine not only gave him a 50% off discount for the months that he will be away, but she also helped him get a U-Haul truck for the move. Catherine and Elaine are the most excellent people that I have ever known, they weree extremely impactful in the move that I am currently undergoing they made my life as stress free on this part. I was looking at paying an absurdly large amount of money at the Uhaul for a truck and storage unit and not only did they chop the price almost in half they also gave me truck and a Dolly for little to nothing. Went with my friend to go get some information cuz they were advertising a half off for 3 months till for storage units. One lady was new didn't know much the one who was working there who been there awhile was rude, rolled her eyes and in no way shape or form tried to help us find out any information other than we won't honor that was her only answer. The experience from the get go was superb. I first looked online to find a storage facility that would be close to where my wife and I were moving to. I chatted with Michelle and her knowledge was fantastic. She knew everything there was to know about each facility here in the Las Vegas valley. She walked me through the deals at each location. After my first chat with her, I was having a hard time deciding which size of storage unit to get. So, I went back online and once again, got Michelle. She was just as helpful as she was previously. After placing a reservation for the 10x15, I talked it over with my wife and she thought it might be too large of a unit. So again, I got online and was chatting once again with Michelle. THE same Michelle I spoke to both previous times. I told her what my wife and I discussed and told her that I wanted to downsize to a 5x5. After she had talked to either Catherine or Elaine, she stated that they thought that it would be too small. So, she ended up reserving 2 units, one 5x5 and one 10x5. I mean, how much better can the customer service be? Mind you, Storage One does not charge to hold a reservation. Then, we were finally ready to go complete the process and get our storage needs taken care of. We walked into the office and were greeted right away with a smiling upbeat, Catherine. She looked up our reservation and asked us which one we had decide on. After explaining that we weren't sure, she showed us both sizes and then showed us a 10x10. It took my wife and I a total of 2.5 seconds after she opened the door to decide that that was what we needed. DONE! I cannot stress enough how simple our experience was from start to finish with the entire company. I will recommend this Storage One to anyone who asks. Thank you, Michelle, Catherine and Elaine!! First impressions: clean facility and friendly and courteous staff. They mentioned they could waive insurance, if you have your own. I sent them a copy but for some reason, it was never applied to my account. If you have money to throw away, I highly recommend them. If you recently just lost your job, foreclosed your home, and had to move your personal belongings from the house that you lost then I suggest as far away from this place as possible. Just to point out, Las Vegas has one of the worst foreclosure rate in the whole country. I had a few lates with my rent before. Once, I negotiated to pay half and whatever extra late fees that they can throw in there, I paid in full as promised. Two months ago, I got a notice stating that I'll need to pay a certain amount before they auction my property, which is today, 04/02/2013. When I called a week before the auction date, they said I need to pay twice as much. They didn't mention this on the letter. I know it's probably in a fine print from a contract that I probably signed, but then again, who reads those right? Anyways, to make a long story short, the manager asked me to call on Monday and she'll see what she can do. Couldn't reach her for the whole day. Left a message with the person and he says the manager will call back at 6 PM. No calls. Now it's morning of the day before, there's no manager in the premises. Called again, and just talked to a different lady, who says the manager won't be there today. She gives me a very firm "no" and points out my property will be auctioned tomorrow. There you have it.
