When I originally got the storage she told me "just no living in the storage" witch I thought was strange but then after being here looking for a key we lost moving that opens the door to my daughters work. They started giving me dirty looks and staring into my storage. They have a group of older men that all come here individually change there clothes spray cologne talk on the phone. We moved into the storage when our new apartment fell through and we had to find a new place. So everything work clothes shoes towels was put in here but beside other people use there storage as a closet. One morning my daughter went to work at 5 am she needed boots for a party but you can't get in till they open so I waited on the other side of wall by the sushi place for them to open because we are staying on the other side of town. It was the day it was raining so I left the car on and I'm 40 so I fell asleep to the rain I bounced up forgot where I was an the women that works here was staring at me as soon I looked up in a very strange way like I was being surveillance or watched. Now every single time I come in which I waited over a week they start cleaning one even came one day and just stood there watching me pull my things out and wrote in la her phone. I'm sorry, but am I not allowed to be in my storage? Am I not allowed to go through my things? Is there a specific amount of time I'm supposed to be here cause I'm sure you could hold everybody accountable. It's the day and age where women are vilified and old drunks or drugs addict are felt sorry for even though this world was created for them now I come in today and theirs two women mopping in the middle of the day i'm using the bathroom and they're waiting outside of the bathroom when I come out I wait for them to decide where they're going because they're just standing there so then when they don't decide, I decide and I start to move. She head straight for me with the cart and then they start to speak about me as soon as I passed them, they're talking about me saying see look what did I tell you laughing real professional don't speak has an attitude so I'm talked about stalked harassed and vilified for doing the same thing anyone else comes here to do Mind you me and my daughter come alone don't make a mess. I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Truck was…read morefilthy. It was not cleaned out detailed/disinfected. Trash in floor, water bottle rolled out from under driver seat. The A/C unit has the most foul smell, like we must dog and moldy clothes. The driver sorry panel was not attached completely, causing the lock to not work properly. The window switches were broken and just sitting on top of actual switch. Windshield wipers were bad. Inside windows had sticky substance all over windshield and passenger window. The truck bed was full of dirt/potting soil and pieces of plants. There was a hole in the plastic corner on the upper Right/passenger side of the truck bed. The motor was in need of a complete tune up or rebuild. It had little to no power. It took us over a day more than expected due to slow speeds and rerouting to avoid mountainous highways. We rented a car hauler as well. It was damaged. We needed to use a crow bar to extract the passenger wheel ramp. The ramp was bent, the framework holding the ramp was damaged/bent. The driver tail light came out of the damaged/worn out bushing when driving. We used stretch wrap and duct tape to secure it into place for the remainder of our trip. The ABSOLUTE WORST RENTAL I HAVE EVER USED. If you rent from them, inspect every aspect of the equipment with a deliberate intention of finding everything wrong with it Plan on a long trip, because it will take longer than you think with the overworked, unmaintained equipment.
