Tracie was so professional and so nice when i first came wakking into the store. Im not used to driving a big truck and she helped me calm my nerves down. I ended up parking the truck to the far back (when she said front), but still was so patient with me. Thats when Ed and inspected the truck and told me I need a little more gas. This is a BUYER BEWARE warning, as my issues with this location have to do with the raising of rates, and not the service or staff. I moved in last December(2024) and acquired a 5'x10' unit, which wasn't the best price, but this location is within 5 minutes from my current home. When I was moving in I ran in to a nice guy in the elevator who was moving out and warned me that day, how this location will raise rates without much warning. He was moving out as he refused to pay the higher rates, as he had just recently moved in, and they had already raised his rates. I was moving in that day, and well, not much I could have done either way, but in due time, my rates did in fact go up with a 1 month warning, due to higher cost the facility had to now pay was the excuse given. I rent a small space, that I didn't enter or touch in almost 6 months, so not really sure what cost there was that justified $20 more per month(when there were tons of deals offered for new units online), but there it was. I planned to move out sooner, but had an emergency home repair that delayed it a few months, but I have now moved out. I had a unit ages ago at another storage place, and I was there several years with maybe one $5 increase, maybe? And let me say, the staff here was great, always friendly, other people who had units were always pleasant(helped out, held doors, elevator, etc.), the building was always clean, overall a nice place. But when you raise rates knowing most people have few other options in the moment, I find that disgusting. I was very fortunate in that I'm going through a divorce, and my wife moved out abruptly, so that gave me storage space in my garage I didn't have before. For many people in between homes, cities, or even jobs may not have an option of moving elsewhere, or the money to even do so. Giving a 1 month notice on raising rates, when you haven't been there a year, is just taking advantage of people in possible bad life situations. I don't know if places offer contracts that they won't raise rates for a specific period, but if they exist, I would suggest a place like that over this Storage One. What was to stop them from raising my rates again in 3 months, or 6 months? Nothing, as it is left to the powers that be, and if they want and need more money because they can there isn't much you can do. Sadly, this is the world we now live in, and really the only thing I can do as an individual is to warn others. So, consider yourselves warned, and I hope this helps someone not get in to a situation, that they can't easily get out of. read more

for the love of your family, your mental health, and your money do not rent a unit here. These people have violated every law and make you sign all the contract that most with addendums that most people don't understand. To justify how they will rob you blind. I went to a $59 storage fee, to $100 in less than six months. When you're late in charge you $30 $20 $50, nonstop. 2 months of being late cost $420. I started at $59 a month and two months being late for $420. I had $390 to pay and I was a victim of a violent crime and almost lost my life. I sent official documents, FBI erote a handwritten letter with contact info, i even I had the FBI contact them directly, They still would not allow me to pay $30 short, or even give me 24 hours to get the $30. I lost my dead mother's items, My dead grandmother's items, birth certificates, Social Security cards, IDs. I lost things that I will never ever ever get back on this planet ever again. I even begged them. I cried to them. I sent long emails I have paid these people every month and the one month I was $30 short they literally took away everything on this planet earth that I ever cared about that is not a human form. These people are the worst type of human beings I know business is slow for them. They don't got a lot of units rented and they were so excited to sell my unit and then they sent me a bill after they ruined my entire life. They sent me a bill for the remainder these people as the worst company I've ever walked into in my entire adult life. Do not be a victim of a crime. Do not have a health issue. Do not have a death in your family. Do not go through hard times , do not lose your job, basically - do not have life happen or they will completely rob you, put your stuff in auction make a profit and they do not care! go to Public Storage. First of all the staff is very good! They tell you and show you everything you need to know about the facility. Then they make you feel like you're leaving your items in a place where people care! The site manager has a horrible attitude! She might even be racist. Over the smallest thing they will try to evict you. If you try to ask questions or if you have an issue with your unit and you try to rectify things, it's a problem they are so unprofessional on many levels. they have nasty nasty attitudes! Their system when you pay online automatically signs you up for auto pay even if you don't want auto pay. they over charge you at the end, especially if they are mad at you. they make the franchise as a hoe look horrible. I met Tracy and Ed today, they were the nicest and most accommodating people! Im 9 months pregnant and was looking for storage space, being that my boyfriend and I are moving into together. They made the process so seamless and explained everything thoroughly for me! I felt so invited as soon as I walked through the doors! Storage one is robbing people! Double the amount rent increase for their smallest unit. They are not event that professional or friendly or helpful. The place often has police there for robberies. At least have security if your gonna gouge your customers!!! read more

I rented both a trailer space and a 10x20 unit for over a year and had the best experience at the facility! The managers are extremely helpful and friendly and they kept the place so clean. Update: I was told I was not getting a refund for my charge for the day of the month. I gave them over 30 days notice, moved out of my trailer storage spot earlier than I had paid for so a potential military person to store his car while on deployment. I did so but one day later than my contract date for automatic payment. So now I can't get the remaining 29 days I OVER PAID even though I did them a favor. They continue to tell me that they are trying to get AHOLD of their area supervisor. I would think he would reply within a day. It's now been four weeks. They "haven't heard" back from their boss??? Their so called area supervisor was on sight a month before I moved out. I spoke with him about how the positioning of the dump site was very difficult to access AND it doesn't work. It's below ground level so your RV dump just spills out everywhere. This is a service I paid to have and couldn't use. I told him about my dissatisfaction and he said he would work something out about it and email me his decision about refunding me a portion of my rent in exchange for not having the full service I signed up for. He NEVER got back to me. That was months ago. This area supervisor isn't very responsive to his managers or their customers. I am beyond dissatisfied. IF YOU HAVE AN RV DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. One last mention is this dump problem has been an issue since they opened and I'm not the only one. I rented from them for well over a year! Very nice and friendly staff and manager. Great!!! The place is Clean and fairly new. It's only a couple years old. The facility managers, Ed and Tracie, are professional, friendly & helpful. They asked what items I would be storing there and they both agreed the 10x10 unit would work perfectly. Ed walked me to the unit and explained how my things would fit. I was sold :) I needed a place that was clean, climate controlled, and affordable to store residential items. I haven't tried entering or exiting this facility yet with my belongings, but as it was described to me it should be a piece of cake. Ed and Tracie seem to really take pride in what they do. Had the a medium unit for almost a year. Site was always clean, and always open when I needed to access my unit. Staff was very friendly. When I was done, signing the paperwork to vacate my unit took all of about 2 minutes! Definitely recommend! read more

We were so relieved to get our daughter a storage unit near our house. Ed and Tracie live right on site so that is a plus! Ed was very accommodating showing us multiple units until we found one that met our needs. He explained their security system and also gave us helpful suggestions on how to store our property. Just rented storage space here. I never do reviews, but have to in this case. In calling all over trying to find available boat parking, I talked to quite a few places. I chose this one because of Tracy. When I arrived, she and her husband Ed were absolutely fantastic to deal with. These two completely went out of their way to answer my many questions (first boat) and even went out to my space with me to help me get parked (first trailer too). Rarely in Vegas do I ever find people as friendly and helpful as these two were. Oh, the facility is great too but these two are the reason I'm a new, happy customer! read more
