I have built and owned several houses and never had this much trouble with a dishwasher or small business. I like support local small businesses and typically they have better customer service than big box, chain stores. However, once again Lowes is the place to go! He was extremely helpful and made the process extremely easy. He called and updated every step of the way. There was a significant wait time due to delays related to COVID but this was expected. The refrigerator actually arrived sooner than anticipated and the men who arrived to deliver and set up the refrigerator were amazing! They called beforehand to ensure we had power (Hurricane Zeta) and showed up in a timely fashion for the delivery/installation. They were very careful navigating the refrigerator through the house and handled the installation with great care. I was extremely impressed at the level of professionalism we experienced using Mobile Appliance. Now that everything is up and running, I have peace of mind that I am in good hands!
