I can't express my satisfaction with Zundel's. As I prefer to shop local, I purchased my now fiancé's engagement ring from there. With this being my first experience with this and having a custom ring being made they held my hand throughout the whole process. I cannot express my gratitude with working with Keath. As my fiancé taste in diamonds brought us to searching for something with age, Keath was excited to take on the task. Words cannot express the outcome of the ring itself. They even let me check in and see the ring in the making. I was unsure about the size of the main stone and not once did they push me to go one way or the other which I greatly appreciated it not being like a used car lot. They really went above and beyond the call of duty to make this exciting time in my life so smooth so that I could focus on how and what I want to say to my soon to be wife. We live in a small Alabama town. Recently our town's only jeweler, a family-owned business of over 80 years, went out of business. We live about 50 miles from Mobile, where i go to the doctor. Her office is right across the street from ZUNDEL's JEWELRY on Dauphin Street. The next time i went to my doctor, I brought three watches that all needed new batteries. One was a specialty watch that i had feared having to mail back to the manufacturer. The atmosphere when you walk in the front door is one of elegance and professionalism.
