This place has everything you could possibly want. It's like a cross between Hobby Lobby and Home Goods. It's HUGE and I could spend hours in here looking at everything. It's almost overwhelming, but not in a bad way. I ended up purchasing an outdoor rug when I was here, and on a previous visit last year, I purchased a king size tufted headboard. At home Superstore is a great place to find all things for your home. The store is huge and it can be quite overwhelming. I spent to hours browsing on my first visit to At Home. Last night I went in looking for a bed spread for my son and I came out with nothing. Although the have a huge selection I was unable to find a bed spread that was teenage boy friendly. read more

Dothan store. misrepresented furniture availability. Hank's Furniture has my money and the furniture. 6 weeks after paying 50% I have no furniture. I was promised the furniture by mid-September or I would receive a full refund. I have it signed in writing. It is October 2, well past mid-September. Now they claim i must pay in full before they will ship the furniture. At no time was this part of the transaction agreement. I had the check made out before I knew they do not have the furniture available, that the furniture had to be "shipped". When I was deciding against the purchase, they promised it would be at the Dothan store for pick-up by mid-September. I decided to go ahead with purchase after a signed agreement was negotiated. There is no customer service. I have only called once per week to resolve this issue. each time I call, I am given a new excuse and evasion plus, a change of policy by the associate . I was told last week that the store manager is not available, Today I will travel to Dothan to resolve, but bottom -line; Hanks has my money and I have no furniture and no date for pick- up. The furniture was purchased mid August! Do not believe anything a sales associate says! It is also obvious, per Hank's associate, I am not receiving a refund! I actually have never been to an At Home furniture store and I truly loved it. I was looking for a storage cabinet and they had quite a selection. Their website is very easy to navigate as well as I did some recon before heading to the store. It was actually fun exploring the store. It was full of a variety of items when I went. Store Director KAMERON KNOX has an indifferent attitude toward customers , came in today to return a item that one of cashiers told me before I bought the item that the item is refundable, now KAMERON KNOX is no help , and with his arrogance said, I'm the store director and nobody is higher than me , so I'm noT accepting the item. I don't know how he got the job.. So now I have to stick to my 500$ item , I can't returned it even , the cashier said that I can return it no later than 60 days. read more

Super disappointed and I know why it's always empty, now. I need a couch. I got an athome credit card to get said couch. I do not keep a muscly man with a truck in my pocket, so I have no way of bringing said couch home. I've ****never**** heard of a home furnishings store that doesn't offer delivery, even if through a third party. I found out they do...after walking around the store looking for a staff member. Seems there is one every several miles. The third party delivery starts at $125. It doesn't cost that much to get IKEA delivered from Atlanta, ffs. And I live less than 10 mins from the athome store. When I expressed that I was surprised a furniture store doesn't deliver I was told athome is "not a furniture store" Mmmk well neither is Sam's club and they deliver. All in all, it's clear the place won't be there long with their poor staffing, poor customer service and frankly ableist furniture policy. They should build an IKEA in its place. read more

Almost paradise, we're knocking on heaven's door, almost paradise, how could we ask for more? That song came to mind when I walked in this store. Know you know how old I am. ;) There's nothing old or 80's about this store. It's a great place to find the latest trends, and they carry everything you could possibly want or need for your house. I found so many things I need for my home, inside and outside. Actually, I bought my patio furniture cushions from this store in another city, back when this chain store was called Garden Ridge. They still have the same cushions, and they're very reasonably priced - maybe $30 per full seat cushion. They have plenty of garden items. My favorite thing in the store is the housewares. They had a great selection of furniture, including some pretty little gold and mirror tables that I think will make great nightstands. I found some ottomans similar to ones my BFF priced at another store and the ones here were half the price. They have an aisle of mirrors, a few aisles of pictures for every room in the house, a huge selection of trendy lamps, bedding and linens, bath accessories, and small kitchen appliances and cookware. Seriously, everything you want or need can be found in At Home. Really, you'd have to see it all to believe it. The prices are very reasonable, and much less than you would pay for the same products in other stores. read more

I enjoy coming here. They have a variety of things for the house and usually have plenty in stock. Some stuff are pretty pricey, I usually wait for them to have things on sale. Half the time when I check out, there's usually a wait. They need more people at the register during peak times. read more

Worst EXPERIENCE EVER $500 Loss!!!! I am from ALASKA ! I do not recommend to purchase a mattress from here. BEFORE I purchased a mattress I was told by the cashier name Sean Robinson, he told us we can return the mattress we are going to purchase, in less than 60 days. They told us BEFORE we bought the mattress we can return the mattress!!!! We came in less than 60 days and spoke to the manager Kameron Knox, that had a total indifferent attitude toward the situation, I told the manager Kameron Knox the mattress is giving me pain in my neck and back and I spent 500 dollars in the mattress and he didn't bother to fix the problem the manager didn't bother to care for the situation or care for the mistake of what the cashier Sean Robinson made. I moved from ALASKA a month ago, we don't have At Home in ALASKA, now that I moved into mobile, and wanted to try out this new store and make it or our local store and spend more money but I had a bad experience with the manager Kameron Knox. Now I'm crying with this neck pain and back pain from a mattress I can not return and I have to sleep with this pain every night and wake up with even more pain. There is nothing I can do with this mattress but to suffer the neck pain and back pain sleeping on this mattress. My girlfriend loves this place so I was in Mobil this afternoon and decided to check it out. It's nice. Lots of throw pillows and area rugs. Kitchen stuff. A pet section...dogs/cats. Candles. Patio furniture. Patio umbrellas. A nice selection of bar stools and kitchen chairs. Also sofas and upholstered chairs. Painted furniture. Pottery and a large selection of resin type pots. I may check it out again sometime. read more
