Storage Pro continues raising the rent up around a $100 per unit since they took over. They seem to want to price out loyal customers and get new tenants running businesses out of their units to charge more.

Also you are given a month to either pay the price increase or move your items. The bare minimum would be informing your tenants with a reason for the increase especially if they have been with your company less than a year. One increase is understandable but two in less than a year? Going from $154-$186? An explanation should be in order or an option to downsize units. Bad business practice for those of us who are active duty/veterans with limited time on moving our items or eating the cost of the price increase. Transparency is needed.

prices increase is insane here. went from 79$ to 134$ all after they remodeled…read more did get a call after i closed my account with them and had emptied my unit. would you consider staying if we lower the cost? lol don't raise it that much to begin with.... smh online price 71$ for the same unit at this time. also make sure to check the door of your unit. upon getting my unit i found that the latch was broken allowing with a lock on to still open the door. when i showed this i was met with a person that didnt know how to fix it and they had no one there to fix it. i used their tools and replaced the entire latch myself.... should have walked away then.... lesson learned.
