They then ran the stop sign at Broadmoor Dr, only slowing down to stop at the red light at Cameron Rd. But instead of waiting for the light to turn green, they waited only a few seconds and then ran the red. I tried calling the company later but just got a "we're currently closed" message.

Recently, a Captain Hook dumpster appeared on the driveway next door. I feared the worst, having seen the worst already, in several neighborhoods. HOWEVER, I have been really pleased with Captain Hook. The first dumpster was filled to the top in a day, and when they came to switch the dumpster out, the truck driver removed the full container from the driveway and placed it on the street with the same care you'd give laying a newborn on a changing table - and not a single piece of drywall fell out! Similarly, I didn't hear a thing when the new container was placed in the driveway. No boom, nothing. These people are pros. I am not currently in the market for dumpster services, but if I was, I would definitely call Captain Hook. If only every flip I need to live through used these guys.

We wound up needing a vehicle to move a large furniture item and I recalled they had a truck to use (with some fees depending on miles and duration). They VERY kindly met us in the AM when their office was officially closed to provide the truck. I love that you can access your space anytime and that they offer handy handcarts to take things from your vehicle to your space. It is well-lit, secure, and well maintained. I found the price to be very acceptable for the temp controlled option. All in all, I just cannot thank them enough for the outstanding service we received.

I did not get credit, and I called to have this charge removed (that was around 2 pm of 7.18.2024), and was told: "offer was only on either "shipping only" or on "direct only"... I do not remember, but some excuse. They were okay with canceling this additional order. As I was closing my order receipt, I noticed a mistake on my first order. That was on me- I will not lie. So I call again - 5 minutes after the first call. They tell me that they can't change the design. So this is the first issue on order #1: I was able to cancel order #2, which I placed with order #1 just 5 minutes before, and you were able to cancel it then, but now you can't make changes because it's ready to be shipped?! That happened in 5 minutes?! So I asked for shipping to me vs list that I purchased (it was direct mail). I would add labels with "price change"- that was my mistake. I told them: "I think you probably would be making money because I paid for shipping to 100 individuals, and only one shipping would be needed. The whole time, I just heard: "NOTHING CAN BE DONE." So... I was taken advantage of on the first issue (order # 2). The second time (as I said), it is not that they did something shady- it was my mistake.
