We just had Jamar and Sam from Einstein help move our daughter. These guys were beyond fantastic. My daughter had a quite a few boxes, some nice furniture and a 450 lb safe. They handled all of it, no problems. They were incredibly communicative and careful with everything they moved. And when we got our quote, they were incredibly thorough. They quoted 5 hours and we came in at 5 hours. Moving is stressful. But Einstein, Jamar and Sam made it easy. I can't recommend them enough. Elliot and Chito are rockstars! They are professional, strong, and work quickly. They are careful with your things and wrap / tarp areas (such as our door) so they do not get damaged. A 4 bed, 3 bath house took around 4 Hours to transfer to a 10 x 10 storage unit. It is VERY expensive - around $1000. If you have the money, value your relationship (because tired me = grumpy me lol), and hate lifting heavy stuff - it's worth it. read more

They were both so cheerful, accommodating, and professional. Communication was impeccable right from the get go, giving me a call to let me know their ETA, and explaining things as they went. Is this expensive as hell? Yes. But we've all used cheap shitty movers and this is 100% worth it if you have the money. Not only did they protect and wrap everything to a T, they were intuitive in where things were unpacked, and even fixed my headboard that wouldn't attach easily to my bed when I didn't even ask! They also found all my missing socks I may have missed this tidbit in the intro email, but keep all expensive electronics and monitors out and plugged in so they can confirm they work before packing them up, just so it can be documented for insurance. Einstein has moved me twice, and each time was above and beyond. My most recent move was from Riverside to Stassney. The starting point was up 2 very steep flights of stairs with a full 1 bedroom's worth of stuff. It was very narrow and difficult to maneuver; I knew firsthand as I had moved with friends months prior. My movers were professional, kind and always cheerful. They packed up my entire apartment and moved me to my new digs within 4 hours. The area manager visited to help out, and didn't charge me extra. I packed up my stuff myself in boxes, and tried to pack light in each box, which they appreciated. I have asthma and a knee thing, and I knew I wanted the best for this move, and Einstein is the very best. From 8 hours moving on my own and going back and forth from one place to another to 4 hours with Einstein and I only had to traverse those dang steep stairs once, to call my Uber to the new spot. The movers, Logan and Carter, were absolutely amazing. Once we were all done and I signed the contract to complete the job, Carter noted the tip section with no pressure or expectation. An above and beyond job saving me hours of labor warranted an above and beyond tip. They deserved it for an outstanding job. Hopefully I am done moving for a few years; the new place is really nice and an upgrade, but if I ever again need to, Einstein will be third time lucky. Highly recommend! Einstein Moving was recommended from our locator. We did an online quote and booked. Within the hour, we had a phone call to confirm all of our details. We received additional emails prior to our moving date with tips, the legal stuff, and info about our movers. On moving day, our movers, Miles and Gabe, were prompt (and running earlier than expected) and careful with all of our furniture. It was a very HOT summer day but they always had a great attitude. They got to work right away by protecting the door frames and walkways, moving our boxes, then wrapping furniture, and finally moving out everything else. They did the same in our new home. I honestly did not realize how much stuff we had but they were fast considering all of our stuff. Everything was in the same condition and they kept us in the loop with everything. We met our estimated quote which was pricey but honestly 100% worth it - it made our lives easier and took off the physical burden that goes into moving. A huge special thanks to both Miles and Gabe - moving from our third floor apartment into a 2 story (without elevators) was not the funnest thing in mid August but they were incredibly professional and had great attitudes. I had several friends and family members used this company. it's been years since I moved and went ahead with this company. unfortunately the two guys that assisted me broke several items, and lost two items. I filed a claim. they were friendly at first but once got to my new place, they were such in a rush and took multiple breaks. ( I have it all on cameras). I was missing two items, one I did replace but not the other. they broke my bookcase, expensive file cabinet too. I have all that on camera how they handled my things while they loaded up and took off the truck. one guy was trying left up my solid oak wood book case by himself and ended up breaking the sides and bottom of it. they used big boxes and there was no dolly's they used. A expensive fan was missing too. they either left it on the truck or took it. ( it was a brand new ceiling fan still in the box). I got camera footage they took it out of the house and placed it onto the truck. anyways, not professional, young immature guys. just make sure if you go with this company, watch how they handle all your stuff and make sure everything is off the truck too. read more

This is the best and most professional moving company we've ever used. Highly highly recommend! We used them a couple weeks ago to transfer apartments which was 3 flights of stairs going UP with no elevator and narrow halls, and have called them back again this week to help us with another move we have coming up. For measure, we've used at least 7 different moving companies over the years and this is the first and only one we've ever used twice. Dominick M. and Joel G. were our movers (in South Austin) a couple weeks ago, and they were training someone that day so we got a third mover out of the deal for free :) They were on time! They were clear about the game plan when they walked in door. They brought materials and tools to protect not only our furniture and belongings, but also our floors, walls, doors or anything else that could potentially be damaged or cause damage. They finished before our 2.5hour minimum and instead of rushing to leave, they offered to continue helping us until that time was up so we got our monies worth which was so awesome. Joel had to take apart and rebuild our very expensive and heavy bed which he did seamlessly. I was super grateful as this was the part I was the most nervous about considering the 3 flights of stairs and narrow hall ways in our building. I wish I remembered the name of the mover in training, but listening to Dominick teach him how and why they do things only showed us on another level how professional this company is and how seriously they take the training of their movers to ensure nothing goes wrong. I had Adam, Andy, and Mike from Einstein and they were amazing. They were each very friendly, polite, and personable, and they worked great together as a team of 3! I didn't have near as much packed and prepped for them as I would've liked beforehand, but they came right in and got to work and did a fantastic job of boxing and wrapping all of our things. We even had a huge 86" TV that they did great with! Also - bonus points to them for putting up with our smoke detectors that decided to go off shortly after they arrived! My husband was at work and I didn't know how to fix the smoke detectors (and unfortunately it's the kind that when one malfunctions, they all malfunction). The sound from them was deafening but the guys powered through and were very understanding - thank you!!! The entire process was a breeze. Even setting up the movers was so simple and straightforward. I was worried that we might need to reschedule because we were having new carpets installed the day before the move and if there was any delay with the carpets, that would delay the move. But the lady on the phone was very understanding and said that they dont mind if we need to reschedule even a day before the scheduled move! They don't even require any money/deposit up front - we just paid the full amount at the end (which they discussed with us several times throughout the process to make sure we felt comfortable with everything). In the end, Adam, Andy, and Mike worked so efficiently that they finished quicker than originally anticipated and it ended up costing less that originally expected! Woohoo! In fact, Adam called me that morning to let me know that they would be a little late arriving to our house because one of the guy's personal cars broke down and he couldn't get to work to meet them before they came to my house.....most people would use a broken down car as an excuse not to come into work at all, but instead they improvised and two of the guys picked up the other one in the moving truck on the way to my house! Long story short, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Einstein Moving and with Adam, Andy, and Mike. Huge 5 star rating for the North Austin Einstein Moving Company. Needed to move our daughter from Austin to Dallas. Cameron was great. I submitted a request online, before I could call them the next day, they had already sent an estimate. We provided very detailed info on items we were moving. The estimate was spot on, we only went over by 20 minutes. Our 2 movers were awesome. Worked quickly, super nice. James kept me in the loop on their drive, so I could make sure we had someone there to meet them at the storage unit. James also sent us photos of everything loaded into the storage unit before they drove back to Austin. I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend to friends and family. read more

We hired Einstein to move from a 2bdrm apartment into a 3bdrm apartment. We were initially given a quote of 4.5hrs but we knew right away the work would take more than 5 hours as we had plenty of boxes and furniture. The latter of which required to be disassembled and assembled. Our movers were so kind to frequently check-in with us and their management team as they were originally scheduled to work another job after ours. Instead of rushing their work, our movers got the OK from management to complete our job - we basically had two movers for the full day (8hrs). While it was a bit pricey, we did take into account the physical labor (carrying lots of items down 3 flights/multiple trips), the incredibly hot weather and setting up our furniture in our new home. Everything was handled with care and without incident. I would like to thank the management team for sending us Cody S. and Matthew D. These gentlemen were super polite, engaged in friendly chatter and extremely efficient - really exceeded my expectations. Overall, we had a terrific experience and would use them again - highly recommended! read more
