I needed to vacate my house and the person I was living with had to take the day off just for this move. I got a message saying that they would be late. And that it wouldn't be till approximately 3 o'clock. 3 o'clock came and went. I messaged them and called them at 3:20 and nobody picked up or replied. At 3:45 I messaged again to please contact me because at this point the person I'm living with had to pick up his daughter and it was going to be getting dark. Finally, I got a response via text, not the courtesy of a phone call, saying that none of the workers were picking up their phones and there was nothing that she could do about it. There was no offer to give a discount or schedule another day for there inconvenience. I canceled both moves, wasted an entire day along with my roommate losing a day of work. I'm going with somebody else who is reputable and cares about their customers and gaining more customers. I would advise against using this company. Customer service is horrible to not even pick up the phone and address the situation. Even if you didn't have any good news, the customer deserves to know what is going on. After I replied to cancel the whole thing and that I'd be writing a review, I STILL got no reply. Both of us wasted our entire day on a very time sensitive move and I was left scrambling trying to find somebody else. Thank God I found one. Picture 15 years worth of monitors, hard drives, motherboards, cables and sound cards stuffed into a closet. Enter Indie Cycle. They will take your computer parts as well as any other old electric items and recycle them free of charge. Yes, free. I would have had to pay the town $10 each just to take the monitors and for all I know they could have ended up in the landfill. Indie Cycle will recycle your items in a responsible manner.
