I rarely write negative reviews, but this was hands down one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. What should have been a simple one-mile move turned into a stressful, expensive, and poorly managed ordeal. The crew arrived roughly four hours late after a last-minute crew replacement, I nearly missed my flight because of the delay, my furniture was left partially assembled, my instructions were ignored, and the apartment was left in complete disarray despite paying a premium price. To start with a positive, scheduling the appointment was easy, and both the dispatcher and moving crew were polite. Unfortunately, that was where the positive experience ended. When I booked the move, I made it very clear that I needed to leave for the airport at 7:00 PM. I was assured the crew would arrive between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM and that the move would take no more than three hours. I had already moved approximately 50% of the apartment myself, leaving only the larger items that required professional movers. Throughout the day, I repeatedly called dispatch because I needed to reserve the loading bay and elevator in my building to make the move as efficient as possible. During one of those calls, I learned that the original crew assigned to my move was not going to make it. Dispatch switched crews and sent a replacement team, but they did not arrive until around 4:00 PM. To make the move easier and faster, I had already disassembled one of my beds. When I mentioned this beforehand, I was told that everything was fine and that it would help speed up the move. At no point was I informed that they would refuse to reassemble furniture disassembled by the customer. Because of the delay, I had to leave for the airport to avoid missing my flight. I arranged for a building guard to stay behind, supervise the move, and assist with any issues. I also clearly instructed the crew where furniture and boxes should be placed and told them to call or text if they needed clarification. Instead, I returned to find the apartment left in complete disarray. One bed was assembled, but the other was left disassembled. Only afterward was I told over the phone that they would not reassemble it because they had not been the ones to take it apart. Had this policy been communicated beforehand, I could have planned accordingly. The crew also left dressers, storage cubes, and other furniture scattered throughout the living room rather than placing them where requested. I specifically instructed them that if certain boxes could not fit in their intended locations, they could leave them in the kitchen. Instead, everything was simply unloaded into the living room with little effort made to organize or place items as directed. I have attached photos showing the condition in which the apartment was left. To make matters worse, the final price was significantly higher than expected, especially considering the delays, incomplete work, and lack of communication. Between the missed arrival window, last-minute crew replacement, poor communication, failure to follow instructions, incomplete assembly work, and excessive cost, this was easily the worst moving experience and one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Edit: Calling the number provided in the business review is not helpful as I was in a 25 minute queue with no answer. The sales process not so much they lie and tell you that you can leave your clothes in the drawer when you can't (the movers told me few days before that I needed to take the stuff out, which was stressful because everything was done and ready to go)and they failed to mention that they are going to charge you for TV boxes and mattress bags. The sales team should have been more specific during the booking process. Simple fix, movers and reception need to be on the same page . Don't get me wrong, I was grateful for the help, but it came at a price. The movers I had dealt with were Eric and Tommy. I offered them cold coffee, monster and water. One of them drank a beer. They asked if they could start with putting boxes in the kitchen, I said ok, thinking they knew to leave some space. Not the case. Not only could I not get into the fridge to put things away, they stacked them high so I can not bring them down on my own. So far I have a broken lamp, a damaged antique cabinet, and like I said I have not been able to get into the boxes yet to see how much more damage is done. I opted out of paying for the extra insurance so I could afford a tip for their work. I regret that. Scheduler gave me false information- that they would retrieve boxes from my attic, take down fine art and pack it properly, remove mounted TVs and remount, junk removal included, have packing boxes readily available etc. She also informed me to leave the dressers full and they would transport it as is... 24 hours before moving day I received a call and was told the scheduler gave me wrong information. OK not much I can do at this point as I needed to be moved out the following day. Moving day- 3 boys arrived joking and putting things in the truck at their leisure. I noticed they were not wrapping any of my art, TVs, breakables in the blankets they had in the truck. They told me they needed to take pictures of each item that I wanted junked...charged me, then left a mattress, which I did not notice until l went back to the condo later. They didn't forget the boxes of flooring I told them they could keep for their own personal use!! When we arrived at the delivery address, they took yet another break hanging around the yard. They decided the best plan was to put everything in one room then I would tell them which room I would like the boxes, furniture, etc. Once everything was slowly unpacked they told me they had to leave and left everything piled in one room....AND the basement!! I am a single mother who does not have the strength to bring this stuff up from the basement. (I did not have a basement at the other location). So after charging me over $1500 ($229 for their commute, $160 for fuel, $80 to cover my mattress, and labor for 3 men 4 hours hmmm), they left me with chaos. And a broken flat screen smart TV :( Needless to say, I have a basement full of things I cannot bring up, a room piled with heavy boxed and furniture i cannot move, and a mattress I need to dispose of. When asked by customer service how the move went I told them, and was given a $200 credit. I never leave reviews, but this experience has been a disaster and left me so upset and overwhelmed. I would stay clear of this company. i was obtaining quotes they constantly pressure to book and to receive a deposit. I asked the typical questions and was given answers. Once the booking occurred and the deposit was made I started receiving new information about the day of the move. Added fees inconsistent from what had been expressed. They seem like they would far exceed the quote given and made me feel apprehensive. I suggested I would like to get some other quotes as it appeared tbings were not as promised. I've used All my Sons for three moves and haven't had any significant issues with the move to date. Brandon, Luke, and Mike just moved my partner and I to a new home and did an excellent job. It was a hot day, but their spirits were good and they did a great job of asking clarifying questions to make the move easy on us. Cherry on top...they were funny! Schedulers were friendly, responsive, and flexible And even accommodated a change in schedule within a week of the scheduled move. Moving crew (Ronilson, Colby, and Felton) arrived on time and did a full days worth of work in about 5 hours. They did not take any breaks or slow down and were extremely attentive to the items they were handling. They even unloaded an entire shipping POD for me at the end because of how ahead-of schedule they finished he planned move. These guys were awesome! read more

Movers broke every single piece of furniture. I paid for the extra insurance and reached out with pictures and quotes to get things repaired. Two gaming chairs were broken (they do not sit up any longer), a table was put together without the support beams and all the screws were missing, a gaming desk was dragged against our hardwood floors, leaving deep scratches, and not put together correctly leaving it completely unsupported, an heirloom table was smashed and hidden behind boxes stacked six feet high, a hole was gauged into a wall, and our kitchen table was damaged. I have provided documents showing this is over $4000 worth of damage to my home and possessions. Again, extra insurance up to $5000 was purchased by me through All my Sons, and my claim was sent to Ace W, who sent me a claim form addressed to another of their clients! So now I have all this client's information and they have mine. Ace Ward decided the 4000$ in damages was worth $950 but immediately revoked the form once sending it to me. Please take this as your warning to never use this company. I don't understand the utter disregard for documentation provided by their clients. This on top of sending my private information to another client and sending another clients info to me! read more

This place is horrible! I spoke to the owner twice. He told me it was going to be under $1000 for a tiny apartment one bedroom move. The mover showed up they were very nice when the moving was completed. I got a bill for $1300 which I was extremely upset about. I called the office to ask to speak to the owner and he refused to get on the phone with me very dishonest. Remember, I spoke to this person twice. Bait and switch. The price and terms change b4 the move with significant price increase. Its very difficult to get a mover at the last minute I think they may have been counting on that . The new 3 days earlier that we were going down stairs. No all of a sudden because there are stairs involved at the last minute they need to add another man at $59. Per hour plus an hour and a half travel time and moving the refrigerator is doubtful because of the stairs, that means I have to find someone else to move the refrigerator. They moved my small bedroom from Newport to Bristol in 3 hours & I ended up paying $1,000 in the end. The owner made the decision, without getting my ok, to put 3 movers on this easy job instead of 2 like we had previously agreed to, charging me $400+ more than we had agreed to. These guys are crooks. Stay away from this moving company!!! They also broke my dresser then tried to charge me for disposing of it. I've never been screwed over by a company so bad in my life. Spoke to manager Beau TWICE to confirm price. I am on a strict budget and confirmed that it would be under $1000. I was moving some boxes. I had them pack and move. Most of the boxes I packed myself. They physically moved a dresser, desk, vanity table , bed, nightstand and some boxes. I left 90% of my furniture there. When arriving at my new place with movers, I called to pay and they charged me $1150! I ask to speak to the manager beau. Broke several things, and when I asked for compensation they told me that I should have bought the insurance they offered. It was a horrible experience overall. Boxes clearly marked for one room were left in another . But the worst part was that Jonathan was beyond rude and deceitful. They were supposed to be at my place at 7- 8 a.m. They pushed it back to 11 day of. Fine no biggie . When I called around 2p the office person JONATHAN said he didn't know when they'd be there and when I asked "what happens if you don't get to me?" he said "if we don't get there, we don't get there." I told him that wasn't going to work as I had put down a deposit and needed to be out of my place by the following day at noon and he couldn't offer anything for the following day. They didn't show up until ~ 5pm. After they had loaded my furniture and boxes onto their truck they told me the hourly rate was $289 an hour - they gave me a $249 an hour agreement when I scheduled. When I called the office to talk to them about the fact that they had been 9 hours late and charging me a higher rate than had been agreed upon Jonathan told me if I didn't "like it I'll tell them to dump your stuff on the front lawn" and "will tell them to cancel your move." As a nurse I'm used to talking to difficult people , my tone is calm and confident in these situations and his reaction to my questioning their business practice was off the rails. Miraculously when my father got on the phone with him , he changed his tune. Moving is stressful , having someone threaten to basically hold you , your belongings and stable housing hostage is the last thing anyone needs. Luckily I could swing the extra cost right now and keep my head above water Stay away from this company. I wish I had looked on yelp before booking with them. I hired this company for a local move because the rating was good. They called me a day before my move and informed me of how they wanted to be paid . They said they come to your house and load up ,and then go to the delivery address and before they unload they want money.They guess at how much time it would take and they over project This seemed like a red flag to me, but unfortunately due to a holiday weekend and it was the day before my move. It was tough to get another moving company. I was turned off by how they wanted to be paid. It's almost as if they're holding your stuff hostage. I've moved several times and no company does this .Once they finish that's when they get paid .This was just the beginning of the nightmare, as the guys came in they were scattered amongst my home, going in different rooms and not clearing a room at a time or in any specific order. My contract said one price per hour and then they raised the price an extra $50 per hour because they said they were giving me another man but I never approved it. As the time went on, the guys were telling me that two or three of the guys that were at my home were just hired within the week and they were in training. These moving men, if that's what you want to call them did not wrap anything of mine except for one dining room table top. Due to them, not wrapping furniture and other items that were supposed to be wrapped they caused some damage to a lot of my items and the floors in my house they scratched which were brand new just refinished and they ruined a room in my house which has to be redone.My son's bedroom set, which has four column posts were unwrapped and they chipped them in many spots and they need to be repaired. I did ask them why they were not wrapped and they said that they placed them individually in the truck and that they secured in place so that they won't move. It sounded OK but that was definitely not the case-unfortunately, I was told a lot of stories that day couldn't wait for it to be over . They also broke glass tops that were on wood dressers . Most of the time they were definitely dragging their feet sitting around in the truck and not doing what they were supposed to be doing. I know that the owners of the company probably tell them that they should stall because their main goal is to just make money In a nutshell this company is horrendous and I would not recommend this company to anybody .You will be getting beginner movers that are getting paid practically nothing to do their job and the company is making off big time and the person that suffers is the customer .In the end you are stuck with all the damage and company is not going to respond after they have your money it's greed and unfortunately the customer has to deal with it. When I called the company the next day to let them know what happened ,they only responded with an email telling me about pennies on the pound that I would be getting for damaged furniture just a nightmare. We used this company for a local move of only two miles, and it was a total disaster. I worked for IBM for over thirty years, moved coast to coast and back again, with little or no damage, wish I could say the same for the short one. Boxes clearly marked "Basement", were in the bedroom, some marked "bedroom" were in the basement, a large power recliner chair was in a corner in the kitchen, dining chairs were all in the kitchen, with barely enough room to walk. Lots of scratches on wooden furniture. An antique Armour was assembled properly, but not was shown how it shoult be done, when picked up for the move. Two years after, and we are still finding scratches on firniture. Too bad there is not a rank lower than 1 star. I hired them according to their Google reviews but I should've looked at Yelp! I am a single mother scheduled for back surgery and cannot lift more than 10 pounds. I moved to a 2 floor town house and couldn't move any items up the stairs. The only items moved to the upstairs bedrooms were mattresses and dressers. All other items including TV stands, TVs and wardrobe boxes were left on the first floor. Also any furniture that needed to be assembled wasn't, which I paid extra for. My parents hired them to move things from their house to mine. They they're my house without me knowing and when I said something one gentleman became extremely angry and rude and that set the tone for the rest of the move. He said things like" get away from us and let me do my," most likely because they didn't want me seeing them drop a large antique china closet 3x. I was in my house I can be whenever and say what I want. They are getting paid and even my neighbors heard him. He told my mom. My parents had another move already scheduled with them different gentlemen showed up this time thank goodness but before they even started moving they asked for their tip! I've tried to contact the office several times especially about the first gentleman's behavior cuz it was almost abusive and nobody answers and you cannot get a hold of anyone.
