Don't let the newness & somewhat fresh paint fool you. It's just another horrible business taking your money & not repairing facilities. Also, the nice reviews you do see, it's because the employees who sign you up, beg you to write a review. They say they get bonuses from them or something. The staff has always been friendly and always helpful. The the unit was secure, low priced and the facility clean. All the years we stored there, and we had two units, there were never any issues. They even offered us cold bottled water when we were sorting our stuff on a hot summer day. We loved that the staff were responsive and security minded. It makes a big difference compared to a few places we tried before. We will tell our friends and when we need storage again, we will return. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Because of my work schedule, I'm frequently here after hours when it is dark. I love being able to park in the loading bay and close the garage behind me for extra security. Recently, I failed to close my storage unit properly and Sunny called to let me know right away. With their technology she was able to tell my unit was open and kept an eye on it with the security cameras until I was able to come and lock it.
