Natalia is incredibly patient, kind, talented and precise with microblading. She truly is a subject matter expert when it comes to microblading brows and I would not trust anyone else. Authentically legit and just an awesome human being who just made an amazing difference in my life. I never really paid too much attention to my brows but with COVID and the inception of DAILY video meetings, my crooked brows took center stage esp since I wore glasses. You see, my brows are naturally crooked! :( And while no two brows are alike, one brow was higher than the other (womp, womp). So in the past I would just wear big sunglasses in social settings, was always on the move professionally and most definitely shied away from looking at others for extended periods of time. I was always so embarassed. 'Cuz from far away, my brows were so "Monet." I also avoided photos like the plague for years (no joke). The photos below speak for themselves - it does not need a BEFORE/AFTER label - sadly, it is quite evident which was the BEFORE and which was the AFTER photo. My brow journey started a year ago and I saw a different brow artist who did decent job (hmm...) but after the healing time and even now a year later, it was evident that my brows remained crooked and the microblading was more of a freestyle job rather than utilizing a brow mapping technique. So basically, all that was done was microblading my already crooked brows. I did not go back for 4-6 week touch up. Instead, I decided to wait it out for my annual touch up and re-assess if I would go back to the previous brow artist. Since I was still at ground zero a year later, I started researching for a skilled microblading artist and I'm glad I didn't give up when I found Brows by Natalia. I chose microblading as opposed to some of the other pmu brow techniques because I really wanted a more natural brow effect. This was the main reason why it was a journey to find someone of her caliber. Since I had previous brow work done, many of the other artists that I conferred on the phone with and thru photos just wanted to cover my previous brow work up. They conveyed with such resoluteness the new shape, size and style of brow I would have. All the others would just not take the time to listen to my brow goals. I knew what I wanted was reasonable but more importantly, viable - I just hadn't found THE artist yet...until Natalia. She truly listened and for that, I am forever grateful. In addition to being a wonderful listener and taking on my corrective crooked brow case, Natalia is very detail-oriented and an expert communicator who relays instructions for prospective clients for pre and post care. I was very much at ease and even sat up straighter in my chair when I received communications from her in preparation of my brow correction service. In doing so, Natalia bulit up my consumer confidence and a positive business rapport even before my appointment date since frankly, I was understandably a little apprehenive based on a previous brow experience with a different brow artist a year ago. During my appointment, she took her time during her examination of my brows and she facilitated a discussion about each of our brow goals and expectations. I know...because I was quietly waiting for this...lol. I never ever felt rushed. When we were conversating, it was like talking to one of my girlfirends - she was friendly and easy to talk to. While I have a high tolerance for pain, I never felt any pain at all whatsoever so I truly feel that this speaks to her precision. Sure - it's just a numbing agent but it's so much more than that. I believe that the strong educational and additional credentialed background she possesses is attributed to her master skillset. Throughout my appointment, she utilized and reassessed brow mapping to ensure that my brows would be as symetrical as possible. Today, I am currently a tad more than a week out post brow appointment so the healing is just about concluded. Looking at my brows, you can see what a gorgeous job she's done. At a recent dinner with my closest girlfiends, they were so amazed saying how my brows now frame my face rather than being a focal point (for my previously crooked brows). I cried I was so happy. Natalia is truly THE BEST at what she does, don't hesitate and book an appointment with her today for a top notch microblading experience!!! Also important to note: her office suite is located within a beautiful & safe neighborhood in La Jolla, CA which easily accessible even by public transportation.
