I had my brows done by another artist and was just not happy with the results. Although she was more than willing to redo my brows I was hesitant to return. I consulted with other brow artists about my dilemma. The consensus of their response was to get my brows removed by laser first so they can start on a fresh "slate". Hazel R. did an amazing job! She was very informative and communicative before my appt. She responded to my inquiry within a few hours which impressed me bc usually it takes over 24 hrs to get a response back from businesses. Hazel also sent me via email all the FAQs and info on what to expect before, during and after the appt. I drive all the way from Temecula to have my brows done. The parking situation wasn't as bad as I thought. I parked across the street which was free. The closer the parking you might have to pay after 2 hrs. And the appt can take longer. Hazel was very good at asking and listening to what I wanted for my brows. I showed her photos and she made sure to replicate exactly what I wanted. She drew them on first and asked if I approved. Hazel warmed me about pain and what to expect. Everyone's different on pain. For me, it just felt like scraping. The numbing cream helped greatly. It hurt more afterwards once the numbing went away. It felt tender. Total time for my brows was about 3-4 hours. My right brow wouldn't take the ink as fast as the left brow. So she kept at it until it was right! Hazel made sure it was perfect and that I went home satisfied. Which I am! All of the aftercare info was helpful. They provided the different stages of healing. I healed fairly quickly than expected and I looooove my new Ombré Brows! I can wake up and go! And they look so clean and natural! Before they were just thin and kinda balding. Now they have purpose! Eyebrows are not something you want to go cheap on or just with anyone. Hazel R. is talented and wants to make sure your brows are exactly what you want. I HIGHLY recommend her! There is a $50 deposit (my brow special was for $400 and included a touch-up), to hold your appointment, and then the remaining $350 is due the day of. Both Chris Dauz and Chris Isaac are so welcoming, and great artists. Chris Isaac has a light hand. I'll be honest, I was hesitant halfway through my session--what if I change my mind about my brow shape in the future?! But the results speak for themselves! I love waking up and not having to worry about my brows at all. The best part is that no one can tell I had them done professionally, as in they don't look they were obviously tattooed onto my face. They look natural but sculpted! It's not as invasive or obvious as microblading because it's better! The week after your initial session will be one of the toughest/annoying weeks of your life, especially if you have to go to work or go out in public while your brows heal--BUT IT'S WORTH IT. Follow their instructions on aftercare, and try not to be freaked out while your brows slowly flake off. TRUST THE PROCESS, and definitely go back for your touch-up!
