I first went to Babies R Us to look at several different car seats in order to determine which would be the perfect fit for my child and my car. To be honest, I had intended to look at the car seats at the store, but then return home to purchase it on Amazon. Babies R Us didn't have the car seats I was hoping to see. I asked if they knew where I could see a Diono, and they directed me to Storkland.
Christine helped me at Storkland. She showed me the car seats, including the Diono. She let us put both of our children (ages 6 and 1) in each car seat to see if it would fit them well. She helped us lug the car seats to our truck and see if they'd fit there, too. She was very, very helpful and knowledgeable. We were there for hours trying them in the store, trying them in our truck, comparing, and discussing the pros and cons of each. Eventually, we decided that we needed to come back with our other vehicle (a small car) to make sure the car seats would fit in it, too.
After lunch and naps for the kids, we came back. Tabitha helped in the afternoon. Just like Christine, Tabitha was fantastic. She answered all of our questions and re-discussed the pros and cons of each. In the end, we purchased a Britax instead of the Diono. (Three months later we are very pleased with our purchase.)
Storkland's prices were the same as or cheaper than Amazon, so, of course, we purchased directly from them! Their prices were fantastic!
Christine and Tabitha were both so patient with us, never making us feel like we were in their way, but instead made us feel like we were the only reason they were there!! They were there for any and every question we had, they helped us move and adjust the car seats 100 times, and they gave us all the time we needed to decide which product would be best for us.
