Fresno has more history than people give it credit for and Brix Mansion is one of the best physical reminders of that. if you're into architecture, local history, or just beautiful old buildings it's worth a deliberate visit not just a drive by. bring your camera because the photos basically take themselves. it's the kind of thing that makes you proud your city has preserved it and also a little sad most locals probably don't know its there. now you do. go look at it.

They need to coordinate the input of the data into the system more seamlessly and immediate, this is JUST POOR efficiency and PURE LAZINESS. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans utensils , dishes, etc. the beds were comfortable there were plenty of blankets and towels etc. The host was very welcoming and responsive when we reached out with questions and there were instructions, request, and a lot of good suggestions for enjoying our stay provided in a paper that was left in the room.. Two gates, restrooms, a large waiting area, and Amigos FAT restaurant with basic coffee offerings. What else was new was no more ticketing to enter paid overnight parking. I entered from the parking garage and I meandered around to find a spot. The parking garage was completely full, but I found a closer spot so we're good. When I came back from my trip I remembered not ever getting a ticket. So when I got in line, I noticed two huge screens are now installed at the toll booths. When I got to the booth, the attendant asked if I paid online. I didn't know this was an option. What I noticed on the huge screens was my total & a barcode. The attendant took my payment instead and confirmed how many days and hours I was parked. I asked how did she know that, she stated the system scans/tracks my license plate once I entered the parking lot. Fresno is moving with the times adapting this latest technology. No more tickets.
