They drafted up the whole HOA proposal, filed it and paid the permit fees. Dealt with everything from the energy provider. The HOA proposal was 18 pages long, and they wrote it. And the cost was less than Tesla wanted. Of course, Tesla came back and said, hey, we'll match that price. But at this point, it's too late. Like, why do I want to go back to you guys? Tesla energy is hard to work with and was being unreasonable. I signed the contract moved on, bought it from solstice. No regrets. I did still get the Tesla powerwall 3 and Tesla controller. Since that time, I did not notice much of a reduction in my Reliant monthly bill. I called Texas Solar Outfitters to come check on my system. Lo and Behold, they are OUT OF BUSINESS! I did find a company who gave me an estimate of $36,000 to replace all my 298 panels since all are NOT working, except ONE. My experience with solar has been a disaster...it's hard to find another company to give me more estimates as they don't mess with solar systems installed by another company. You might get panels that are under warranty for 10 years? 20 years?? But if the company that installed them goes out of business, you are out-of-luck. Thanks Texas Solar Outfitters!! Great job!!!
