As soon as all the pictures were taken and food packed away, the owner Mike personally took care of both of our vehicles in probably the cleanest shop I've ever seen, complete with brand spanking new lifts! Men and women's bathrooms are clean, the large waiting area is beautiful and the staff are super friendly. They ALSO work on RVs and Boats, a true one stop shop!! I can't recommend this business highly enough, they are a brand new but top class repair shop that is destined to do great things!!

Google review summary 5…read more4 3 I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Use at you own discretion!!! I was charged 375 dollars to diagnose why my boom wouldnt fly on my tc 55 bucket truck. The tech came out checked some electrical wiring on the pedestal for about 25 mins then said he needed to call someone to help figure out the issue. After about 45 mins of sitting in the truck smoking and talking on the phone, the tech says that the previous tech from a different company destroyed my PTO by using a jumper to get full power to boom from the battery. I asked how could that be true if the PTO still turns on and off and the outriggers still worked and the engine revs up with you try to operate the boom. "Different circuit" was his response. A blown circiut board would cost my over 7k to purchase and even more to install. I asked the tech to call to verify which part i needed, he wouldnt. So after 2 hours of sitting around watching him blame some the other tech and not fixing the issue and no real steps to fixing it, i was charged. When he left i decided to get onnthe phone with terex customer support my self to try to get a better understanding of how my circuit board could be blown. After being on the phone for 3 mins with customer service, we pinpointed the issue. Somehow, out of no where the wiring on the outrigger alarm was shorting out causing a fault on the outrigger system which then deemed the boom unsafe to fly. There is a safety bypass button on every bucket truck that will allow you to bypass the safety fault, which is what using a jumper from the battery does to get a boom down if stuck in the air and vice versa. I had a co worker press that button and magically the boom worked. 1 phone call and 3 mins on tech support pinpointed the issue enough to knownthat my PTO system worked fine and was not blown. So i texted Js mobile deisel service to get a refund. The owner argued with my for weeks saying he could refund me my money becuase i asked the tech not to save my card information on his personal phone. Then he said i could come to the office and give him the card to refund the money to but magically "he was out of office all day". Now supposedly hes gonna send me a check but when i asked for the tracking information he wouldn't give it because it goes thru regular mail. I even send him a link to pay by credit card at my expense. (Invoice CC link from my bank) I have reached back out for 2 weeks now to no response at all. His tech came out on November 11th of 2024 its been over a month since i asked for my refund for his tech not doing his job. I asked to be peaceful and fix this before litigation and he said he would. Looks like another broken promise. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Use at you own discretion!!!
