We spent several hours with a technical guy who went over all the details of the vehicle... They did an excellent job in prepping the coach for us. As we picked up the vehicle, we also did some shopping in their in store shop. There are a number of things that you need before heading out and these guys have several choices of each... Sales person said they would mail a new one but it never came. Wanted a lift kit installed but they said part was back order and would take three weeks. Went to upstate rv solutions and it was installed in 2 days. So won't be doing any future business with Bob Ledford rv. Maintenance supervisor is a joke. They made me finance the rv that I wanted to pay cash for. Sales guy said pay it off the next day he didn't care. No trust in this dealership. Lost me as a customer.
