Two technicians arrived right on time, and hit the ground running. A quick check from inside the rv of the power to the unit confirmed that the motor had indeed frozen up. Within minutes they were up on the roof with a new motor that they had brought with them. After about 30 minutes or less, they were down and checking that everything was running well and that the unit was cooling As it should. They were both very professional and made sure that all was well before they left. My awning hit a tree when we were positioning our travel trailer to set up. We couldn't even get in the camper because the awning frame was jammed over the door. They removed the awning in no time and ordered replacement. We were able to use the camper. Since we are staying over a week, they are hopeful to be back and finish the work on site before we leave. We did and he told us about the issue which we were unaware of. Mark later texted that there was a Home Depot at the next exit where we could get roof tape to make an expediate repair. By that time I had already pulled off at a safe area and used my roof repair kit (EterniBond tape) to make the temporary repair.
