This review reflects this location only; I have not had any experience with others. Brought my…read moretruck for a windshield replacement and was greeted very politely and friendly. I mentioned that I had a camera mount attached to the glass and was told that that would not be an issue. The service was uneventful and when I got home and tried to mount the camera, the base was just hanging by a thread of tape. A couple of days later I returned to the shop (as the fellow at the computer said, "that for any issues just come back"), and the attitude was totally different. I expected him to just give me a 2" piece of tape so I could re mount the base, and instead he just kept looking at his computer screen (no typing, no earphone talk). After 5 minutes he told me just to have a seat, he only had 2 installers in the back and did not want to disturb them. I waited another 15 minutes and feeling unattended and truly disrespected left the shop. He had no other customer to help, and the only other customer there was just waiting (he had already been attended by the other front desk employee). Total disregard for a minimum of customer service. The glass appears to be well placed, but in reading other reviews of this shop, will have to wait for a good rain to comment on quality.

Having had my truck and cars tinted here in the past with minimal issues I thought this was the…read moreplace to go. Unfortunately the quality of film they use is best thing about this place. If you can find it elsewhere, go there. I stopped by their store a week before making my appointment, bringing my headlights and taillights to confirm they could do PPF on them after being told over the phone they could. After seeing them in person the tech and owner (Berry) confirmed they could do the job. I set my appointment up for first thing in the morning the following week. On the day of my appointment I dropped them off (new in box) only to be called hours later that they couldn't do the job because they weren't installed on the vehicle. I can understand this due to them needing to be stationary for the film stretching and application. What I don't understand is the lack of communication between the tech and front desk. When I returned the following day to pick up my headlights and taillights I was informed by the owner (Berry) that they are not going to be able to do the job because they don't feel comfortable with the curves on the taillights. I asked about the headlights considering they are completely flat (4th gen ram 2500) and he stated they wouldn't be able to do it. I asked if it made a difference if I came back with them installed on the truck and again said no they can't do it. Information that would have been nice when he had them in his hands a week earlier. The tech came out to explain that they don't want to have to do work they may potentially have to honor with warranty. I can understand the curves of the taillights making that difficult but I didn't understand why the headlights couldn't be done if brought back on the truck. I asked if they don't do PPF on headlights anymore and he said they do and could do the headlights if installed on the truck, right after the owner just told me they couldn't. The tech turns around to confirm with the front desk girl, as she's shaking her head *no* and turns back to me as says I guess we're not doing it. When I asked the front desk girl why they don't offer this service anymore she said "it's a bunch of little reasons so we're taking a pause on this service for now". I asked if I could get some sort of discount on my truck tint when the new windows are installed to make up for this headache, she laughed and said "no". All in all their customer service and communication between employees needs work. I will say the tech I spoke with was very professional and polite, give that man a raise (take it from the front desk girl). Staff meetings in the morning could make a big difference.

I was still willing to wait--but by 9:30 AM the next day, it still wasn't done. When I finally picked it up, I was shocked at how sloppy the work was, especially for the $300 price tag ($50 off because they couldnt finish it in time). The exterior wasn't fully washed, seatbelt latches were still dirty, crumbs were left in cup holders and under the seats, mirrors were dirty, juice was still in the back cup holder--basic things you expect to be cleaned in a professional detail. I've attached photos so you can see the condition for yourself. This was not worth the time, the money, or the hassle. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service.

I work 6 days a week so I asked for a timeframe on how long it would take to get done. They quoted me 1.5 hours which was fine, I figured give or take it would take that. I arrived that morning of my appointment and the guy was confused who I was and took down my information and said they will get to work on it. I asked him where I could wait while they worked on my car and he pointed to the office. I proceeded to wait there for over 6 hours in the office!! After the first 2.5 hours I repeatedly asked various workers about updates, Everyone said it was almost done! I started to get even more upset and asked one last person and said "I've been waiting for 6 hours where is my car?" They finally brought it out, and gave a small discount. They did such a horrible job. Bubbles everywhere, big and small. Scratches on the tint, water all dripping down my doors that they didn't even bother to wipe up. I messaged them with pictures and they said they would fix it. I took it back to them and there are still bubbles everywhere!! I was pointing them out while I was there and the lady said "we cannot guarantee 100% perfect install." Wtf is that? I get some little spots but it's on every window. They said it would dry up and go away in a couple of days. I have not been back for them to fix it AGAIN because they couldn't even do it right the first 2 times. STAY AWAY. So now I have to find someone else that installs this ceramic tint to fix their poor install quality.
