When they have hardly any staff you may end up with a customer that gets all the employees attention. and you may actually wait 20-30minutes hearing "ill be with you when i can". if it takes 30min to help the customer ahead of me than you need more staff. there tends to be a back up of customers needing help finding something and getting through check out. Not a fan either of the constant leaning around racks and following to keep an eye on people who you worry may steal...? Ive been watched intently multiple times. maybe because i wear a small backpack that doubles as a diaper bag instead of a purse. Finally I called him and he assured me the price would be what we discussed. In party day I got a text about 30 minutes before they would be late to the party because they were having generator issues. Ok, no problem, I understand machines can break, so I said what time do you think you will be here? I do have to entertain kids at a party after all. Once again no response. Finally I hear back they aren't going to make it because they got a new generator but the driver of the van left with the keys. I'm not sure who runs this company, but I'd guess no one is really "running" it. They offered to make it up to me some how, but after asking a way for them to do that, no response again. I was looking for a used PS4 game, and wanted to confirm they had one copy left, from what the Gamestop website showed. Only location in town to have it, apparently. Called several times...phone just rings and rings. Was able to call Collectible Cards and Games and they had two copies left, but $5 more than Gamestop. I went and bought it anyway because I can't trust this location. Lesson: answer your phones. You might lose out on a sale if you don't.
