It looked as though it was a busy morning, no worries. My associate introduced himself, I told him of my deafness and how we could communicate through the process. I've had steel blade shaves before so this was nothing new to me. The pretreatment was nice and relaxing. Other patrons were coming in, so the timing of my appointment was great. Within half an hour all was said and done to perfection. Mind you I could have done the same thing at home, but like I said I chose to pamper myself and definitely will be back!
