If you have seen one automotive parts store, you have seen them all. Not much character to them,…read morebut they serve their purpose well. I always hate coming into any automotive store because you will have one of two interactions upon entry. One is all associates are busy and they leave you alone and you can go about your way without interruption. The other is that none of the associates are busy and are all eager to invade your personally space to help you find a product. And, now that I think about it, maybe there are three possible interactions to have. You enter, they just finish and you kind of run down the wrong aisle to hide from them. I came here for wiper blades updates. It was time, they served their purpose and I needed to replace them as they started doing that annoying bumping slide thing. I knew what I needed and where they were, but I always end up forgetting the sizes. As I am standing in front of the wiper blades with my phone in my hand loading the page that will tell me what sizes I need, out of nowhere an associate pops up with that eager smile ready to invade my personal space to "help" me. Without missing a beat I told the associate that I already knew what I needed, a bit of a lie as the page wasn't fully loaded, and I would be fine. When the page finally did load, I grabbed the two blades I needed and paid. One nice thing is that most automotive stores have the large, open trash cans outside. I opted to change my wiper blades right there. Those trash cans are great so you can get rid of the blades you no longer need.
