Ended up there was three locations where they had hit the water supply to the sprinklers. They sent folks out to repair those locations. So I asked again and they said how about if we just come out put some top coil down. I said that would be fine. But nothing ever happened. No follow up no excuse in no communication.

About 4 months ago things started to change. He was no longer reliable, truthful, or dependable. I discovered that he was lying about cutting different properties and was always filled with hundreds of excuses. Meanwhile, he then tells me he got a big mowing job at the VA. Well, I am happy for him, but you don't just kick your good customers that pay within an hour of the property being completed to the curb. His communication skills are totally absent, and you constantly have to run after him. When he starts making excuses, you need to cut him loose. There are many lawn care people out there that are dying for the jobs and the work. Find one of them and give them your business. Dwayne doesn't care. This is a photo of yesterday 6/18/26 in Monticello, a historical district in San Antonio. Trevor and Blake took old astro turf that had wild grass and a wild vine growing through it, cleaned it up, put down weed prevention and made that old turf look like new! Then they went above and beyond cleaning up the river rock surrounding it removing each stone, removed the wild grass and then replaced each stone including adding cement to keep future grass out and the stones in place. Several months later , I looked out my shop window and they were reapplying grass killer because they didnt like seeing the wild grass trying to regrow. That was their own initiative.
