Join them when they first opened. Went through the initial frustration of them being too popular…read more Struggling to find parking then learned the routine that the college kids are less prevalent at so I can get in and get my workout done. Absolutely love this gym!. Staff is very friendly. They have some good trainers on hand and a lot of friends now among other members. For me one of the highlights is seeing somebody that you know is struggling to get in shape and they continue to show up. I always try to seek those people out and make friends with them and encourage them because I was that person at one time I was over 36% plus body fat. I was gassing out just walking upstairs. I was very obese... I put in the work I put in the effort I put in the time the macros, the diet, etc. I lost the weight and a large portion of this transformation was done physically 100% at this gym. Of course diet and attitude had to go in it

I hate this bs. I want to add to my review they did nothing to help me but re quote the stupid membership agreement after emailing them so again still bs hate this gym they only want money dont get a membership. I highly suggest anyone who signs up that is not happy to report fraud to their bank. Don't bother responding to their email in your review response they don't do anything to help you they just want money

To start this is by far my favorite gym within at least a 30mile radius. CHILD CARE!!! This gym is…read morealmost perfect and really has a lot to offer in terms of equipment and space. Huge area upstairs for warming up and cooling down they also host some sort of bike class up there. Also they have two separate rooms for personal training which is great I always find it difficult to work around trainers and their clients so it's pretty sweet they have their own area. Racquetball court and basketball court. A supper sweet outdoor space with sleds and power racks is a huge plus. They also sell some decent protein shakes and bars at the counter. So far I have only had good interactions with employees. The atmosphere is more old school far from a big box gym, very welcoming and clean. To get five stars I'd like to see these three things addressed. 1. Sauna, I typically see it around 130-140 and that's just not hot enough. I'm not asking for 180+ could we at least see 160? 2. No clocks on the gym floor, I hate having my nose in my phone the whole time at the gym but I really like tracking my rest time. 3. No microwave for the public, we all know diet is the most important part of getting that physique we want. For those of us that rush to the gym on lunch or between classes or what ever else we're juggling something to heat our meal prep up in would be incredible.

Not a bad actual gym/workout experience. I don't understand why they don't allow you to cancel at…read morethe front desk. That is how they sign you up. Anyways, after emailing our cancellation, we discovered we got billed for 7 extra months. Manager told us to pound sand and the fine print says that to cancel by emailing them which is exactly what we thought we did. We don't live in the area anymore. They hit us for $560. Of well, good luck to the rest of the members.

I was at home recovering for a week, trying to make it back work wise for the second week and finally in the 3rd week I started to think about mundane things such as my gym membership. I called up management and asked for a credit for the previous month, to put a freeze on my membership moving forward until i could recover and was told they were looking into it. I received a voicemail letting me know that the month that I was initially injured was impossible to credit, and that the charge for the next month, due in 3 days was "too late to stop or credit". I called today to discuss and had the General Manager Andy Alvarez tell me that he would have his supervisor call me back. I asked for his supervisor's name and was told his first name only initially as when I asked Andy for his name, then finally and reluctantly was told Joe Henderson. I explained that I would likely be cancelling my membership after over 4 years and was told that was fine. No care at all for my experience, my injury nor my 4 year membership. I am genuinely surprised and did not expect for this situation to end up with my cancelling my membership, but I can't in good faith give my money to someone that treats their customers with such blatant lack of care. Besides the gym being extremely limited on many basic machines and other equipment, it is also run by people that will hesitate to give you their full name during a complaint by a customer. That is ridiculous and unacceptable in almost any industry. This experience will be shared by me to anyone that inquires about my recovery, in addition to friends and family on a Facebook post to come. I can't believe the complete lack of care for my situation, but in reading other complaints on here it seems to have happened before. Update-my situation was resolved by Joe Henderson to my satisfaction. I have updated my review but still feel that leaving this post for future reference by other members may be helpful.

She made a big fuss and was talking really aggressive about it to me trying to make me look like an idiot for no reason. All because I canceled my membership with them. Would not recommend to anyone unless you wanna pay almost 60 dollars a month for a small but decent gym. Overall the management before was a lot better.
