We were checked in quickly and within 20 minutes of our arrival were seen by a physician. We are grateful for his good care and the necessary but minor surgical procedure that followed. Because of our out-of-state insurance we'll likely wind up paying, but that's not the clinic's fault. There is a small but attractive and comfortable waiting area here, and the staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. All in all, this was a positive experience amid a personally upsetting situation.

I had a Tele-medical visit back in December and gave my credit card information and then I got…read morebilled. When I tried to work it out, the doctor asked me to swing by and bring my invoice. The business was supposed to be open until 5. At 3:50 they were closed. When I called to ask what was going on he was very rude. Needless to say, I will never go back there. I guess I'm just gonna pay the bill again, but I'm definitely certifying it and getting a return receipt of its delivery.
