I have them scheduled again for this spring to renovate two bathrooms and replace some windows. This involved complete exterior painting, various external repairs, replacement of a number of windows and reconstruction of a porch and railings. Several weeks of work would be required. As this is a rental property that I would be unable to constantly monitor, regular reports on the progress of the project would be essential. This company was highly recommended to me by local sources. From beginning to end, I could not have been more satisfied with the experience. The company owner Brian Jones was personally on the site and involved with his team on a daily basis. He provided me with a detailed report of all materials and labor at the end of each week, and also contacted me as any questions came up and not even the smallest deviation from the original contract was made without my understanding and approval. The work was completed on schedule, the cleanup was thorough and the results could not be more impressive. I would highly recommend Innovative Painting and Restoration and Brian Jones to anyone in need of the the wide range services they provide. I tend to be wary of the credibility of one or five star reviews, but I can truly not think of a reason to not give this one the best. So five stars it is.

A man named Brandon returned my call with in two days just like the answering machine message said he would and we made arrangements to meet Saturday or Sunday late afternoon. The weekend came and went and no one showed up and now it's Monday and I haven't received even a phone call saying sorry i didn't make it over can we make other arrangements? Needless to say, I did not have a good experience and would not recommend.
