Staff is always friendly and helpful and I hate to leave this review but I have to. This is a review based on the management and their customer service. I buy a certain product and I buy a lot of it very often, so when I found that they carry it I was very pleased. So I went to management. Both in person and on the website chat I was told if I buy large quantities I would be allowed a discount. Turns out I was told what I wanted to hear do they could get my $$. Once a promotion they had was over I was no longer allowed the discount I was promised. I knew it was on a promotion and that is why I approached management about an on going discount if I were to buy large amounts of the product about every three months. I bought 16 cases from late January till now and I would, as a retailer want that kind of customer. I really liked the employees and the whole vibe. Probably the best I've been to. This morning I was treated badly by their security guard. Made me stand in the cold outside for no reason at all other than to show his dominance. I'm a 55 year old skinny guy smiling. Let me start off by saying I spend a minimum of $500 on flower and concentrates. This month $1000 and my average is $750. I am a heavy smoker but was resistant to red dispensaries. In December I made the jump. Strains was the first place I went and I was sold on dispensaries. However, I was looking for a home a place I give my loyalty to. It wasn't a great experience, my first bud tender was extremely condescending. Total elitist hipster apple employee attitude. Literally made fun of me. Ok I'm new to it and want to try new thing but I'm very clear on the type of high I enjoy. I was rushed and like to take my time. The rushing continued with every bud tender except one. At some point I started trying other dispensaries with much better results tho I still went to strains because it was closest. Easter Sunday was it, not only was my bud tender disinterested in helping me find a new strain, she was rude and rushed me. Corrected me when I asked for a concentrate. I asked for a concentrate specifically shatter. She said wax I said no shatter. Yeah that's what it is she rudely said....unnecessary and off putting. I should say I am older so....kief is hash and hash oil was our big thing so sit down youngsters weed was thing before you were. On top of not finding a home or even a comfortable place to shop I found a dispensary that is limited on product. Usually out of what I asked for so I have to settle on something else. I can look online find it and then drive there and they don't have it. For sure I'm done. Buying weed should never ever be a shit experience. Get your shit together upper management train your employees to be warm welcoming, and interested in helping. Get a better and consistent variety. Don't have shit on your site you don't have. We live in SB and make the 30 min drive to Perris to get wax. Strains is the first place we tried and haven't ventured elsewhere. However I think that's about to change. Every time we place an online order, when we go to pick it up, it's not even what we ordered. Did they call or text us BEFORE we went to get it to tell us they were out of certain strains?? NO THEY DID NOT!! Last time it happened they doubled up on what we ordered and just gave us 2 of what they had. As if they isn't frustrating enough, they constantly change their prices. I have shown them my phone showing that their website shows a different price, the response I got was "that's not the right price, we will fix it. Did they offer to give it to me for the price on the website?? NOPE.. we continue to go there because my husband really likes the variety of wax they have. They have a huuuuuuge selection of items!! The place is set up really well. I was recommended by my friend to visit this place mainly because of how safe it is. You can tell they care about their cancer and other immunocompromised patients. The line was long because of social distancing, but it moved pretty quickly.
