I have brought in several vehicles for body work in the past and each time the repairs were performed flawlessly. The cars looked like they just came out of the showroom. My most recent experience was when my wife's SUV was hit in the parking lot of an elementary school. I immediately called Aberdeen Auto Collision and asked if I could bring the vehicle in for an estimate. I spoke with Larry, who immediately told me to bring the vehicle in. Alex assessed the damage and provided me with an estimate, which was more than fair. I also asked if they could restore/recondition the vehicle's headlights as they were becoming quite dull. In addition to the excellent workmanship and craftsmanship that this shop consistently provides, the owner and manager are outstanding people. Alex and Larry are two of the finest people you would ever want to meet. Both incredibly knowledgeable, personable, extremely customer-oriented and take great pride in the work they do and, of equal importance, they proudly stand behind the outstanding quality of their work. I made arrangements to bring it in on Tuesday 12/2, and was greeted by the personnel at the front desk. Omar proceeded to assess the damage and set expectations. Omar said they would see what can be done to repair the rear bumper cover, but also stated that there was a good chance that it very well may require replacement. Nicole called me a couple of hours after I brought the car in and confirmed that the rear number cover needed to be replaced and she arranged for the part to be ordered. I have dealt with Nicole in the past and she is incredibly knowledgeable, answers all of your questions and quells your concerns. A loaner car was arranged for me. As promised on the day it was brought in, I received a call from AB advising me that the car would be ready for pick up after 2:00 PM today (Friday). The car was returned to me in immaculate condition. New bumper cover, perfect paint match, car washed and the inside was thoroughly cleaned. Car was also recalibrated. This is the second car that I have had them make repairs on and the cars were like new when I got them back. The quality of the repairs are great and they always do a neat and perfect job. As if that's not enough, they also detail and wash your car when they give it back. Most other repair places leave grease stains and make a mess when you get your vehicle back. Not this place.....the car is always clean when you get it back. Also, customer service is very good here as they are always able to answer questions and they do a great job with dealing with the insurance adjuster. With both cars I had repaired here, I didn't have to even call the insurance company. They did all the work and stayed in contact with the insurance company and did a great job getting everything covered. And don't just take my advice, my dad uses them as well for any repairs he has needed on his car.
