I came in to see about getting a new headlight bulb installed on my Nissan (after purchasing the…read morebulb from Autozone), and walking in to the place - I immediately overheard cursing and offensive language (which should have been my first clue) from a man named Robert Bell. I asked Robert, apparently the manager of this place (?) if he could install the bulb, and he said it would take an hour and a half and cost about $150.00. Intuitively, this felt very wrong - so I went to get a second opinion at AZ One Stop Service Center in Neptune, where I was greeted by a very polite fellow who said he would install the bulb for $20.00, and it would only take a few moments. Needless to say, Robert Bell of B&A Quick Lube Auto Repair is both lacking in manners, and business ethics and I would never go near that establishment again. Unfortunate, because the Sunoco attendants are actually quite nice. Whatever you do, DO NOT take your car here for service, and be sure to get a second opinion if you're considering it, because these people are thieves.

I drove a bit more and ran into Impact Body Repair and a gentleman by the name of Lou, came out and looked at it and quoted me $600-800 and guaranteed his work.... He also proceeded to spend atleast 30 minutes buffing out all the scratches and got all but 2 out and filled in the dent area and put some anti-rust formula on the dent area that he filled and the two scrapes that were left and said "if and when you decide to fix the car, you will not have to worry about any rusting"....I was very thankful and asked him what did I owe him... He said nothing at all... I said are you sure and he said absolutely and said "my pleasure".... I was in awe of his expertise, but most of all his kindness and generosity!... I gave Fastrack a call to check out their wait time, and though it was less than 30 minutes the afternoon I called, I was told that if I came first thing in the morning, it would likely be quicker. So taking that advice, I arrived just past opening time the following morning. I received a very friendly greeting upon my arrival, my information was taken, and my car was quickly taken to the bay for service. I was told that I was welcome to coffee or cocoa, all of which were available in a very clean looking coffee station area. I liked that they offered about six varieties of single serve coffee which you made fresh for yourself. Also in the comfortable waiting area, was a nice play area for little kids, which also looked very clean and organized. As I was the first car in to the shop that day, my service was quick. From the time I first walked in, to the time my keys were handed back to me, was just about 18 minutes. The guys seemed to do a great job, and my car was clean and neat just as it had been before they worked on it. I definitely recommend, and I would return to this Fastrack if I was in the area again and needing service.

My most recent experience was when my wife's SUV was hit in the parking lot of an elementary school. I immediately called Aberdeen Auto Collision and asked if I could bring the vehicle in for an estimate. I spoke with Larry, who immediately told me to bring the vehicle in. Alex assessed the damage and provided me with an estimate, which was more than fair. I also asked if they could restore/recondition the vehicle's headlights as they were becoming quite dull. In addition to the excellent workmanship and craftsmanship that this shop consistently provides, the owner and manager are outstanding people. Alex and Larry are two of the finest people you would ever want to meet.
