I would like to begin by saying if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Jeff and his team are awesome. They are professional and customer service driven. I had never tinted my car windows before and went there because of the good reviews they had and they were also close to home. They were so patient with explaining the different tints and even gave me some sample pieces to take home to help me determine the percentage I wanted. I did the two front windows first and within a week of having them done, I called back to schedule another appointment to have the remaining windows tinted. When I decided I wanted the tailgate even darker, Jeff was very accommodating with getting my car back in and ensuring that I was totally satisfied with the windows. I am very happy with the quality of their work and I love the look of my car. I had taken my 2019 vw Jetta to their orland shop to get all windows tinted turned out that my rear window Defrost strips starting peeling off just from soap and water when they were prepping to tint it. I ended up taking my ride back to vw dealer where i picking it up from just two weeks earlier they could not and most likely would not wanted to help me out saying it's not a manufacturer defect it's something the tint shop did. I defended the tint shop saying they tint all day different cars old new all day everyday. Vw wanted to charge me $800 to replace the window But the owner of TINT TO U Bryce took it upon himself and did me a solid buy getting me a new window and installing it it works better than new and just in time. I had my windows tinted on my Mustang by another company and was so disappointed by the job they did, that when I needed my windows on my van tinted I asked around and was referred to TintToU by a friend. So when I brought my van to Jeff he let me watch them tint my windows, I was so impressed with the job I brought my Mustang to them to re-tint my windows. Tint to u was recommended by my dads co workers at the police department. I called and made an appointment, upon showing up I was greeted kindly and talked to with respect. They explained the options I had to choose from on how dark or light I wanted my tint to be and also had a display of tinted glass with all the different percentages of tint that they offered there which was a huge help in choosing how dark I wanted to go. Jeff and crew have been tinting my cars for over 10+ years and I have never had one problem with the service and have never had to take advantage of the lifetime warranty.
