We let her know the problem and had someone else look at the car. She then scheduled our appointment responding with attitude to any question we had. Wish I could say it went smoothly, but the tech working on my car didn't even verify that everything was fine. He had a doctors appointment and left my car in front. Another tech showed me how to use the alarm fob. In doing that I discovered some things didn't work like they should. Was told the write was disconnected from the old alarm. All was fine when I walked in, they removed the old alarm, so if something was wrong, I think they should have discovered it then. But tech had a doctors appointment he had to make.so I stayed another 2 hours for a total of 6, they found the loose write and soldered it and now it works great. I just didn't care for the attitude. I know I was pissed, but I'm not in business that is to deal with all types of people. read more

Thanks again to All-Guard and, Bob, the owner, for a superior job! I had my windows tinted and a remote start installed on one of my vehicles. I ended up having an issue with the vehicle starting via remote start with the hood open (not supposed to happen). Bob was happy to take a look and see what was going on. It turned out that my factory hood switch, which is supposed to activate to let the remote start know the hood is open, was only working 1 out of 10 times. All-Guard COULD HAVE rightfully told me this was a manufacturer issue and that their equipment was installed correctly. Instead, they installed a regular hood switch and wired it to the remote start thus fixing the problem. This was all done at no charge. It is so hard to find good customer service but it DOES exist -- at All-Guard. No wonder they have been in business for almost 40 years. read more

Recently had fog lights installed in my vehicle, the the job done was quite professional. Great Customer service, great ratings from the Better Business Bureau as well. Bob the owner has been in the service for over 40 years and knows how to instill confidence in his customers the work his shop does speaks for itself. The front office has a wall filled with customer appreciation letters. Labor was about $60/hour for my job. Very honest about what his staff can deliver, the price they estimate is very close to the final tally. Bob makes it a point to get the approximation as close as he can to the final price, as he knows his customers time is precious. Bob was very easy to deal with over the phone and in person, the kind lady that assists up front was also very polite and is more than happy to assists in any way that she can. My only gripe was that customer isn't privy to watching any installation. Though the garage is attached to the store front their are no windows between. If you decide to go there make sure to deal with Bob directly both on the phone and in store. He was the most knowledgeable and courteous person I went through. I cant speak for the other assistants comparatively they were quite terse in their conversation, deal directly with the owner. They offer a lifetime warranty on their labor and they do all types of installs. From Alarms to Auto Starters custom radio installations to Xenon lights accessories that line the store front it appears they do it all.
