    There is a reason why Bob and his staff have been in business since 1972. He is one of three businesses that have been recognized and have received an award by the Better Business Bureau for their outstanding customer service in this industry. Bob and his staff are very thorough in explaining the window tinting process for your car and what car detailing/cleaning products to use and which ones to avoid so it doesn't damage the tint. The pricing for the tint and installation is very fair and to be honest you get what you pay for which is a job well done by All-Guard.

    Brought my VW CC to get tinted and All-Guard did a great job. Also brought my 81' Pontiac Firebird to get a hood lock installed and again I was very happy with the attention to detail and quality work Bob put into my car. Bob is the only guy around installing hood locks on classic and new cars and he was still more than fair with his prices. Definitely would recommending anyone to come to Bob for any work they want to get done to their cars old or new.

    Was getting new symbols for my Mazda. I wanted black symbols. The cost was atrocious for 2 symbols…read moreand a couple letters ($400). This process had started back in middle of April. It is now June 9th, and the process is complete. Actually it's not though, because they were able to get the front emblem on (although the black film is peeling), the letters on the back are coming off and the emblem on the back, was glued in originally. I came back and they took it off, it broke so they had to order a new one. And let me tell you, I waited 2 months as they told me they ordered. It came in bad multiple times. I'm on the phone with woman who then accuses me of the reason that it fell off is my fault. I was promised they would call back so so so many times. Not once was I called back! I was promised dates that my parts would come in and no call! Finally was sick and tired of the disrespect and had to call. The owner answers and is like "I had no idea that this was even happening." Which is concerning, since you own the place. He told me to come in. I talked to the manager who was telling me, "oh I was never here until now." She didn't even know who I was. They decide to refund me fully. I asked them to fix the emblem on the back (which was my original symbol they put on that was falling off cause they didn't even try putting it on). Kid walks out there, comes back in and hands me the symbol as if I'm supposed to just put it on. Now there is no symbol on the back of my car. The front of my car, the symbol is peeling and the letters on the back are coming off. Also had a job done before to wrap the sides of my car and they did it, looked fine until I noticed some chrome coming though. Asked about it and the wrap "specialist" told me "well there's not place to tuck it in." I had also asked them to just wrap my emblems since I've seen many do it online for them to literally tell me, "it's too hard". Owner had actually told me that. Also I had someone's number, whenever i texted it, I would get a different person to respond to it every single time I texted. So unprofessional. I highly recommend to anyone reading this to never ever come here unless you want to wait a century and get the poorest quality workers to work on your car. Worst customer service. You could get better customer service talking to a Microsoft employee then these guys cause at least they will attempt to help you. If I could put lower than a 1/5 I would.
